As a side sleeper, this is exactly what I needed in firmness. Feels more like a medium because of the soft top layer. I sleep kind of hot and I'd always end up roasting in my previous latex/foam mattress; this one kept me cool. Stayed comfortable all night and slept straight through for the first time in a while. Arrived promptly. Extremely easy to set up, the company provided a plastic cutting tool inside the box to open protective plastic. Opened the mattress directly on top of bed frame. Didn’t take long to fully expand to 10”. I really appreciate the company putting handle grasps on both sides of the mattress making it super easy to move if need be. I expected more of a cushion on the top layer. Not as comfortable as I had hoped. Will be replacing by next year. Mattress is also not as tall as described. Description said 10 inches tall (at least), but it's only about 8. Huge gap between head board and mattress now.
