    • Great Device for Jeep Gladiator
The Tazer JL-Mini is a really cool device. Very easy to install (lots of videos on YT), and fairly easy to set-up. I installed it into a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. It's rally great for controlling the "Auto Start/Stop" feature. It doesn't eliminate it, but it does make the Jeep remember the last state you left it in... in other words, if you you turn the "Start/Stop" off, it will stay off even after the Jeep is shut off and then restarted. The large-tire speed correction is also handy, as well as the features for setting operation with LED lights, etc. Yes, it's a little pricey. But it gives you a ton of features... some you didn't even know you needed (or wanted)! Overall, a very worthwhile product for any later-model Jeep JL and JT. Highly recomended! ... show more

First of all it's not easy at all if you are a big. Cut my hand all up trying to get the security wires loose. It's not that hard either I was just dealing with mosquitoes and humid weather. You have to wait for the radio to come back on after re-boot or it will need to be re-done, don't press the start button until your radio comes back on. ... show more

    • This is a must have for your wrangler
I’ve had my wrangler for a few months and have known about the tazer for a while and planned on buying one but waited until it was on sale. Install is a breeze and to configure it is also a breeze. I have a lift and larger tires on my wrangler so this easily calibrated the speedometer so that it’s accurate. I also don’t run my tires at the OEM tire pressure as I have off road tires and want a better ride quality so with the tazer I was able to lower the set tire pressure alert to what I keep my tires at. There are a tone of other configurations but overall I 100% recommend the tazer, just remember to unmarry and remove it before taking it to the dealer. ... show more

If you have a JL or JT you need one of these. Has a couple issues which is expected as this device is overwriting factory settings. I reached out to Z automotive and their customer service is top notch.

Excellent set of features, including tire size adjustment and my favorite, remembering the setting of the auto stop/start control switch so you can turn it off and leave it off, so you don't have to remember to hit it each time you turn on your JL/JT. Some features don't require keeping the unit in the vehicle, others only work if its plugged in. Takes a little practice to get into the menus and adjust the settings the way you'd like. The written instructions could be better. Not easy or intuitive to install, taking out the plastic panel below the steering column makes it easier. Meant to be in one Jeep. You can take it to another Jeep but then you need to unmarry it from the first. Second favorite Mod I've made to my JT, would buy it again. ... show more

    • Great Device: Allowed for a lot of customizing
I installed this in my new Gladiator because I'd converted from Halogen to LED headlights and fog lights. They weren't working properly until I installed this and turned on the LED feature. The installation was easy. I found a YouTube video out on the internet that helped me find the plug location under my dash. Once I found it, the Z-Tazer plugged in and the install was done. It took a while for me to find the information about how to get from install to submenus, but I did finally find a YouTube video that explained that the next step after install was to "marry" the unit to the vehicle. Once I finally found that video, and performed the "marry" feature, that's when all the submenus magically appeared. There are some very cool features in this product: I now have a 30 second delay before my garage door opener shuts off, I now get a series of quick flashes of the third brake light, my new LED headlights and LED fog lights now work properly, my rear camera comes on with my turn signals, I now have a hood alarm, and can back my jeep up with the door open. All these and more were programable by scrolling through the menus and discovering all these cool features and simply turning them on. ... show more

    • Tazer For The Win! Jeep owner? Get it.
Had one for my Wrangler JL and now with a gladiator this thing rocks. There’s so many options you can add that you didn’t know you needed. Obviously the auto start/stop kill is great and the honk kill when you step out of the car with the keys. Great price from seller and super fast to ship.

    • The tech-support behind this product was fantastic
So I was getting this so that I could enable the 115 V plug in the bed of my gladiator. The product does a lot of other things and that’s why I ordered it rather than something else. The problem for me was that when I went to update this because I have a Mac deactivated the device and I didn’t know this until after messing with it for a while the hardest part of the install was getting to the plugs and then maneuvering through the menus So if you have a Mac and you buy one of these, beware that if you log into it your vehicle and you’re missing menus stop right there uninstall it context tech-support and they will walk you through getting it up and running the guy who supported me was working from home ... show more
