Im not really big with scents but this is amazing! warm scent with hints of spice with a slight after note of fresh. lasts about 5-6 Hrs 2 sprays under shirt 3 sprays over shirt. Man, what a gem! To tell you the truth I was kind of on the fence the first couple times that I wore this scent. I sprayed it three times: chest, pulse points on the neck. It seemed to last about four hours or so with a foot or two of projection? Now that I’ve applied it four or five times I’m going 6 hours of longevity, same projection- foot or two. That’s not too bad. Certainly not beast, but okay. The smell makes all the difference in the world with this fragrance though ! Beautiful, seductive, charming, and elegant. I love the smell! Very warm, spicy, and oriental. However, it is a liiiiittle musty, so if you aren't into smells that combine warm and spicy in this specific way, it may smell a little like old man. I think it's good though. (: Best in colder weather, and especially at night. (:

The smell is so strong that it makes my wife gag. Not the result I was looking for. After an hour or so, it's more tolerable. Can't return it, so I'm stuck with a >$100 loss.

This flanker suffers more in the shadow of the original's hype than it should. Le Parfum is clearly influenced by La Nuit de L'Homme (original), but yields a dark (think dried fruit; not fresh cut fruit) fruity nuance which makes it distinct. The first 4-5 hours this fragrance readily jumps off my skin at a moderate sillage. Though after that time period, people can still pick up the scent while I walk about or when they're in my "bubble." Overall, if you liked the original and/or fruity fragrances, this is at least worth a shot! ... show more
