Support has been good for my thumb. Couple of things is that the sticking on the starter piece velcro is coming undone. Also the elasticity throughout the day becomes loose. I do take it off at night when I go to bed and is fine in the morning but by that evening I can feel it becoming loose and I have to tighten the straps.
