    • A hot mess
This is a preinstalled mess, it drains the battery from full charge in 60-90 minutes. SO much junk added and next to impossible to remove games/etc you don't want or not appropriate for grandson. With the battery dying faster then I could try the games to see if it's something my grandson could handle, I wrote seller and I was advised to factory reset, (instructions in box) but you can't do factory reset as that is blocked in master settings. So out of the box, flat out more anx then use. They seem to only respond while I'm sleeping so this could take a very long time to "trouble shoot" WHICH it's brand new, why should I have to???? Should work proper out of box and no need to factory reset, let alone blocked from the fix it needs? This was to be a gift for my grandson toddler/preschool, and would of ruined his day had I gifted it without opening/checking it out first. Adorable design but extremely left down, time frame concerns me now to buy another. ... show more
