Got a great price on this set during a sale and offered coupon. Received within 5 days or placing order. For $400 I expected the cushions to be on the thinner side but was pleasantly surprised. Turned our backyard into a cozy hang out spot. Good quality and easy to assemble. I did not like that the color of the cushions is darker than in the pictures. It is more of a camel color than the beige shown. The color is not exactly what I wanted. The furniture assembled well.

I ordered the 7 piece set with beige cushions . Shipping was very quick . The item was well packed in 3 separate boxes . The installation took roughly 2 hours to put together . Well designed . Cons , pay attention to the height of the actual seats . At 15 1/2” and the backs at total height of 24” they look like a little kids play chairs . The cushions stick up above the back of the seat 4” to make them look a little taller . The adjustable legs are made up of shiny plastic brackets . 3 of them came broken because they’re very fragile to begin with . The actual frames of the seats seem to be well made . The armless chairs are very uncomfortable . If I ordered again I’d want to try to add 2 more corner chairs to add the armrests . The beige cushion covers are much darker than they appear in the picture . After sitting in the seats the cushions have compressed and the cover remains loose and wrinkly . The cushion is approximately 3” thick . I am not certain the value matches the price tag at 499.00 . After seeing and using I feel I may have made the wrong choice and over paid , however I have no other set to compare to . Ps .. I have not contacted the seller in regards to the broken adjustable legs so I don’t have any feedback on customer service . After having them for a week now . These aren’t holding up . All of the covers are now sagging / wrinkly . Just looks bad . Buy a better product . If it was simple to send back I definitely would but kinda stuck now ... show more

    • Misaligned Screw Holes

Received the couch today and was excited. When we tried to put it together, much to my surprise, the holes for the screws didn’t align. Three of the screws fit perfectly, but the fourth one wasn't even close. So disappointing. Packages are too big to send back, so we will make it work.
