This device does work for pimples . Me and my husband use it everyday, it takes only 5-7 minutes of my time. I did notice faster healing of little acne that I have. Great into for e-play. Fun stimulation but doesn't have a stop on the voltage so it goes up higher than I think it should. Either way it makes a great sound and makes them make fun noises.
