I just started my career in real estate and thought this book would be a great read to help me along. This book is fantastic! I couldn't put it down, and finished it in one day. Shelley is straight forward with the good and bad you'll experience in the industry. She also gives lots of insight and tips on what made her successful. I would recommend this book to all new agents. This will give you another point of view on how to look at your business and how hard you need to keep grinding. Well done. I am better now from reading this book.

I really enjoyed this. It was well written, entertaining and really thoughtful in giving advice in an easy to absorb way. I would have liked a bit more depth into some of the practices. So my only critique is that I wanted more! Really great book.

  • INTENSE
Does she sell real estate 🏡 from a mine field? This lady is intense. I understand that it’s a great responsibility to sell a house but she writes as if she’s the heroic Navy S.E.A.L. in Lone Survivor. The book is not very encouraging but for those who thrive on tough talk—a must read. She’s all over the place about being organized which is very confusing. She could just outline the process and lay that out for us chronologically without being so hyperbolic. Eh! Different strokes for different folks. I appreciate her effort though. There are some great resources and it is her story by crikey! I’m glad she was honest, open-minded, and willing enough to share her experience with us. Thank you Zavitz. ... show more
