I typically use a different product, also from Amazon, but decided to try this one due to its price. It is a one and done product for me. Upon opening, the fiber tube seemed to be empty as the fibers next grabbed on to the wand past the very bottom of the wand. This made it very hard to apply the fibers and ultimately, I found this mascara to be a disappointment. Perhaps I got a bad tube but based on the one I received, I do not recommend! ... show more

I ordered this directly through the supplier the first time I ever used this and it is the best thing ever! I've seen alot of mascaras that claim to have fibers in them but they don't. Well, this does. It has tiny little fibers of hair that attaches to your lashes and makes them look so long and thick. The one I bought on here was dried out and didn't work as well but is much cheaper. If you get one like that keep exchanging it until you get a fresh one. Trust me, if you want longer, thicker lashes you'll love this. Make sure you follow directions. ... show more

UPDATE: Without even asking, the seller refunded my purchase where I hadn’t received the fibers. I repurchased this mascara/fiber set and did receive the fibers with the reorder. What a disappointment! After reading all the reviews about how great this mascara and fiber set was, I couldn’t wait to try them. The package came sealed and in good condition, and the eyeliner was a nice surprise, but 100% of the reason I purchased this was for the fibers. I gave this two stars because of the bonus of the eyeliner (which I haven’t tried yet) the care that was taken in packaging the product and a reasonable delivery time…about 3-4 days. I’m not sure if this is eligible for a refund, but I’m sure going to try. Perhaps if I’m able to return this, I would try again based on all the great reviews (though, you’ve got to wonder sometimes). ... show more

I used to sell Younique specifically for the fiber lash mascara. As soon as they quit making it I stopped selling. I have been looking for something comparable ever since and THIS IS IT!!
