  • Great length, all fits in bag, solid materials
Works great for paddleboarding in a deep area.

  • kayak anchor.. yeah ah hu right... ahu mmm
well i had no intention of anchoring anything unless you count grappling up a tree to fetch my drone anchoring then i guess so. it's the first thing i did (and i'm first to recommend that you DO NOT try this at home) was go right outside to that tree that came out of nowhere and just like a movie saved my drone from the giant green beast, i did add a much better actual climbing rope before i did this still don't recommend anyone do that but i do recommend this kayak anchor...... the rope provided will do just fine in your standard anchoring shenanigans. ... show more

  • It's perfect for kayaks, paddleboards, or even small boats.
This lightweight, compact anchor comes with a handy storage bag. It's perfect for kayaks, paddleboards, or even small boats. The anchor is easy to use and holds well, even on windy days. The included rope is long and durable, and the anchor is easy to deploy and retrieve. I love how simple it is to operate; even my 8-year-old can use it independently. It's a great little anchor that does the job without adding unnecessary weight to your watercraft. ... show more

  • Light weight but works well!
First, this anchor comes in a little bag. Has a decent amount of rope, a carabiner, and the anchor. The anchor has a safety lock-like mechanism, so you don't have to worry about it opening itself. It's a simple solution. Just turn the round part to line up with the notches, move it to either lock the fingers up, or lock them down to use as an anchor. The anchor was so easy to use, my 8yr old was able to use it by himself. He was able to deploy it and bring it back up in the kayak on his own. I love this little anchor. - should mention we tested this on a very windy day, and it held us well. ... show more

  • Perfect for a jet ski
I got this anchor for my jet ski. It is small and compact enough to be stowed inside the hatch. Comes with a nice long rope and works great. Definitely recommend this product

  • Heavy Enough To Hold
When you want portability, this anchor folds perfectly to be the compact anchor that you've been looking for. With that in mind, it's easily stowed in your hull or on the bow whenever you're paddling. It's also easily deployed if you've already attached a rope on it. The one thing that I would highly recommend is changing out the galvanized shackle to a stainless one. Reason being is that the stainless shackle is much smoother than the one that's provided. It would prevent chaffing on your rope easily. Other than that, during the deploy, just bring it out of the bag, tie it to an open eye on your kayak, and send it down. It's that simple. When it's not in use, just slide the small stopping collar on the tips when the hooks are closed to make it compact again. Great for small kayaks or large kayaks. This is the 5 lb. version. I wouldn't recommend using this on larger boats but possibly a dingy would be perfect for it. ... show more

  • Handy
This is a cool little anchor. Or folds up nicely and stays out of the way and has a thick long rope with it that feels sturdier than other light duty ropes I’ve seen with anchors. Once the tangs are extended it locks into place as well, which is a nice touch since it’s not a terribly heavy anchor. It should be sufficient for a paddleboard of light kayak though. Part of that may depend on the terrain of where you use it. It really should grip fine to most though. Overall, it’s strong, packages up well and works as intended so I can’t complain one bit! ... show more

This anchor has worked perfectly with my kayak. It keeps me in place easily while I'm fishing. It comes with its own rope which is nice. The rope has proven sturdy and I haven't had any issues. The anchor is easy to handle and stores easily with the included storage bag. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the anchor and it works well for my kayak. ... show more
