We got the first shipment and there was an additional screwhole right on the top near the bracket. Returned for replacement. Replacement came with a large staple left on front bottom. Also inside corner on top. repaired with putty. I hate to return again, have not yet decided if I want to roll the dice to see what they will send next. We redid a bathroom and needed a rustic type mirror. I saw this online and thought it would look nice. We were absolutely thrilled when we received it! It is heavy and thick and beautifully made. It is the centerpiece of the bathroom. Everyone that comes in asks us about it! We couldn't be more happy with it and we would highly recommend this product. My mirror was scratched on arrival. Returning an item this big and fragile is a pain in the ass, so thankfully the good old toothpaste trick polished up the scratches to good-as-new condition and a return wasn't necessary. The quality of the build is a little less than what I expected for the price, but it's beautiful in my office. Had the toothpaste trick not worked to fix the scratches, I would have been one angry customer. The shipping packaging was top-notch, so clearly this was a quality control issue. ... show more

I had to steal the comment previously made that this is a fun house mirror. I never would have imagined exactly what that person meant until hanging this absolute piece of trash today. It literally looks like half of you is 6" closer to the mirror and if you dare lean towards it, you actually think you might fall in! It's the weirdest piece of crap reflective mirror....so bad you ask yourself, 'how is this possible?' How you ask...cheap China trash. All of the little L-shaped metal brackets were completely off as well and this thing is incredibly over-sized for any bathroom. They definitely didn't plane the wood at all so it feels like you're hanging a full pallet on your wall. This thing is awful; returned immediately. ... show more

This mirror looks great in my bathroom. There were some minor flaws, and my husband had to move the hanging brackets to accommodate our needs. He doesn't believe it is solid wood, so for that reason I think it should have been priced less. Having said that, it's still a sturdy piece. This mirror is absolutely gorgeous! Took a chance because some of the reviews said the hardware was crooked but ours came and everything looks perfect! It's easy to hang, but doesn't come with hardware - you'll need to use your own screws. Made of real wood so it's very sturdy and heavy. I believe it will last a very long time.
