Since she is only in youth soccer, she doesn't have much to put in the main part of the bag, but there is so much space in there so if she needed to put more in there she could. This soccer backpack is great! We bought this for our son before he went to soccer camp and it made his long walks to the pitch a lot easier than his side duffle. Lots of space and room. With the straps and short as possible the back pack is only slightly big for my 54 pound, 9 year old. He loves how lightweight it is. He was so excited about the padded straps too. This is a decent bag. The straps are adjustable so it works well for younger kids as well as older ones. Large enough to hold cleats, a ball, shin guards, water bottle and more. It’s a little thinner than I would have liked so we’ll see how long it lasts.

My son keeps all his items he needs inside the bag, each compartment has a purpose and it’s light weight. Only down side would be the side pockets should be used for smaller water bottles not the taller ones. They tend to flip out.
