First of all, this company has very good customer service. I did not have a great experience with the umbrella with it not being able to hold up to the wind in a storm. The company has been very good to respond and made every effort to make it right. They asked for pictures, so they could see what the problem was. Unfortunately, I had thrown the umbrella away as I packed to come home from my vacation. They contacted me again, and said they would be giving me a full refund.
