Was very iffy about ordering a couch off Amazon. I know how cheaply made the ones at the furniture story can be. So decided to find one elsewhere. So glad we ordered this. Had to wait a few extra days for the middle section due to it had to come from a different shipper. Other than that we love it. It’s nice and comfy. The material is really nice. Made sturdy. Connects easy. The recliners are nice also. We got 6 grandkids and this is easier to clean also!! The phone holders could use a little tweaking. Love the pockets on sides and front. The drawer is nice to have also. Phone chargers are great to have on the sides. Finally, a sofa that has everything! It is a sofa for the 21st Century I am surprised how much I use the phone holder that I thought I didn’t need. I use the charging ports every time I sit down. I keep my remotes and other clutter in the storage compartment and side pockets. Now my living room looks so modern and organized with this set! It is the perfect size because it’s big enough to lay comfortably but doesn’t take up too much space. The sofa is shipped in 4 boxes total. The first three arrived before the expected delivery date. The 4th one arrived on the expected delivery date. Assembly was very easy. Step 1 was screwing the base pieces together, and that took the longest amount of time-about a half hour because I needed pliers to hold the washer in place. If I had a second set of hands, it would have been faster. The remaining steps took less than 10mins total. Most importantly, the recliners are firm, sturdy, and comfortable. It makes binge-watching my favorite shows even more enjoyable. Feels like I’m at the movie theater at home. I love it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We bought this for our soon to be finished entertainment room! It's HUGE! The leather is soft and the cushions are so comfortable. We've already tested it, and as we sat there for 3.5 minutes, I swear my husband had a nap. It reclines quite comfortably, but still offers the support you need not to have to call a medic to pull you out of it. It went together easily with the supplied instructions and tools, there isn't anything we would change with it. This recliner sofa’s quality is decent. Arrived well protected in four separate boxes at the same time, no defects found during unboxing. Instruction was simple to understand. After lining up the console and three seats accordingly at the area we want our sofa to be, we put in the hardwares at the base, then stand them up having the front facing where the TV is. The following backrests and armrests are pretty self explanatory to install, basing on their back cover design and metal connections it’s easy to know where every one of them goes. I like that this sofa has no leather smell or any smell in general, which works for my sensitive nose. Size is just right for our little family. Cushions feel comfortable. And cleaning is a breeze by using baby wipes or damped cloth. Seats on both sides recline to any angles we need for relaxation. In addition, the console compartment and bottom drawer help to store remotes and snacks, side pockets for books/magazines, cup holders for no more spilling, and the adjustable phone stands are nice to provide hands free convenience.
