    • I love this charger
I would have to jump my vehicle every time and it would stay running. I could shut it off for short periods of time and I could start it again. But leave it overnight I would have to jump it again. I put it in restoring mode (DFS) and charged it overnight. Now I can leave my vehicle for weeks and it starts right up. One of the features I really like is the different charging modes I've been able to charge my vehicle, riding mower, motorcycle, power wheel all 12 volt batteries and even the razor scooter battery which is 24 volt. It works flawlessly and it is easy to use you tap the mode button until you get to the type of battery that you need to charge and the led display let's you know what percentage and when it's fully charged . Not to mention it's light so its easy to carry and fits in a standard toolbox. ... show more

    • Good charger but this is not a battery maintainer
Seems to be working fine. Used it to repair an AGM battery. I have several vehicles and outdoor power equipment with various batteries. Charges them up just fine. I found out once the battery is charges is shuts itself off. I have one vehicle with a drain, and set this charger up on it for overnight, apparently after a few hours the battery was charged and shut itself off, needless to say the battery continued draining and was in a low state of charge by morning. My old charger went into maintaining mode after battery was charged. I recommend this charger especially for it's compact size, selection of battery types, nice display and price. Just know this is not a battery maintainer. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Maaan, I didn’t know this charger would charge my battery THIS fast! It usually takes most of the day, to charge up. When I say within 4 minutes from 40%, it jumped to 80%…. You definitely need to get you one of these! Pros: 1. Does not get hot fast, during charging, because of the built-in fan that’s inside, to help keep the innards cool. 2. It’s quiet. It’s not as loud as it sounds in my video lol 3. The cool feature, that shows you to set it to what type of battery is being charged. These types include: Standard vehicle batteries: just your normal car or truck battery. AGM A.K.A. Absorbed Glass-Mat (for those who have a sound system, or have an RV, or one of those popular diy custom mobile living builds, or just want a better performing battery in general) Motorcycle batteries Gel batteries Wet batteries 4. Battery Repair Mode: for those batteries that seem to not want to give much life anymore. 5. Fast charging: this battery charger, has the ability to charge at a faster rate than a normal vehicle battery charger, so there’s less wait time, which enables you to get back on the road quicker than usual, and/or back to whatever project you’re using any of these batteries for, quicker than usual. 6. Saved this for last, the build quality. It’s not that weird, thin, highly delicate plastic, like some electronic projects are built with. That’s an automatic plus for me. Pretty durable, and as long as you properly take care of it, it’ll continue to be for years to come. 7. BONUS POINTS! It’s versatile in usage. It’s not made to only charge one type of vehicle battery, but several types. That can come in handy. Cons: The cord is short. So if you’re looking to charge it directly from wherever the battery is fastened up to, you’ll have to use a heavy duty extension cord. Or, to play it extra safe(which I highly recommend), remove the battery from whatever it’s fastened up to, and bring it to the area you have the charger hooked up to. This way, the battery can safely charge, being isolated from other things. It’s the safest way to go. Overall: I’d recommend this charger to anyone, despite the short length of the cord. That’s something that can actually be worked around. This is overall, a pretty decent charger so far, and pretty handy. Now, if they had a wireless version of this, where I can charge it and it be mobile for on-the-go situations, I’d definitely get 3 backups! Officially, I’d purchase another one of these, as a spare. Because you just never know. You may have to charge more than one battery at a time, to help speed things along.😎 ... show more
