Purchased this hub, two temperature sensors and one water sensor. Locations are kitchen, garage and crawlspace. Placed the hub where it could be hardwired, and had great reception from all 3 sensors. This is the easiest system to install - load the app, scan the QR code and it just works!     • Almost plug and play
I have a moisture sensor under my HVAC air handler next to the pump that pumps the collected moisture away, a sensor under my ageing waterheater, and a sensor under the in house main valve. I have not set up routines yet but the goal is in the event that there is moisture under the air handler the HVAC will automatically turn off and for the other two the main will automatically turn off. So far these products have been very easy to use ... show more
