Wet the suction cup be fore applying or you won’t be able to get it off to move it to another place unless until it falls off. I've tried NUMEROUS suction products to use for towels on a glass shower enclosure. This is THE ONLY ONE that worked for any length of time. When I moved into my house 5 years ago, the previous owner left me a suction towel bar that to this day is still holding strong! I've asked him where he bought it but he couldn't remember and I couldn't see any brand name anywhere on it. Eventually I used a magnifying glass and found the brand in tiny letters barely etched into the side of the suction part. It was this brand. I searched high and low before I finally found it here on Amazon. I ordered two of the YOHOM 2Pcs SUS 304 Stainless Steel Vacuum Suction Cup Hooks Shower Holders to hang additional items than just on the towel bar I had. These hooks take up less room than the towel bar and they hold just as well as the shower bar. I hang extra towels, bathrobes, pool towels, oversized towels .. all with no problem. On a smooth surface like glass, they hold like crazy - they won't come off until you take them off. They will not hold on surfaces that are not smooth like natural stone, or too small to make a tight seal, like small shower tiles. I HIGHLY recommend this product for smooth surfaces. ... show more

I bought these for our newly remodeled bathroom shower. I didn’t want cheap looking hooks or something that would leave marks or holes in the new tile. These look really nice and blend with existing hardware perfectly. I use one for my net scrunchie and the other for a washcloth, so neither are holding a heavy load. But just by pressing on them I can tell they would handle something heavier. I will be buying another set for hanging wet swim wear. They are easy to apply and remove, feel very sturdy, and are the perfect size for most uses. I have had them in place for several months now. My master bath has a open shower room with a half glass wall, so no where to really put permanent hooks for towels. I got two of these and place them on the edge of the outside of the glass so that we could reach our towels as we exit the shower. They work perfectly fine for holding your dry towel, but after a few minutes of me hanging a semi damp towel on either of these to air dry they lost suction and fell off. Wetting the back of the cup before placing seems to make it a bit stronger, but definitely not for thick heavy bath towels. These were able to hold my super thin beach blanket no problem, even when they were a little damp. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the YOHOM 2Pcs SUS 304 Stainless Steel Vacuum Suction Cup Hooks with high hopes for a convenient and stylish storage solution for my bathroom and kitchen. While I appreciated the easy setup and attractive brushed finish, I am extremely disappointed with their performance. These suction cup hooks claim to be removable and perfect for holding towels, bathrobes, loofahs, and other bathroom essentials. However, despite following the instructions carefully and ensuring a clean, dry surface for installation, these hooks would randomly fall off for no reason. At first, I thought I might have installed them incorrectly, so I reattached them several times, but they continued to lose suction and fall off, even when holding lightweight items. It became frustrating and unreliable, and I ended up finding my towels and bathrobes on the floor after hearing loud crashes in the bathroom. Their inability to maintain suction for even short periods made them completely unusable and defeated the purpose of having hooks in the first place. I even tried adjusting the hooks, but they still couldn't hold up to the simplest tasks. Considering the repeated failures and unexpected crashes, I can't trust these suction cup hooks to securely hold anything in my bathroom or kitchen. I have since removed them and replaced them with more reliable storage solutions. While I initially liked the appearance and ease of setup, the constant disappointment and unreliability of these hooks far outweigh any positive features they might have. I strongly advise against purchasing the YOHOM 2Pcs SUS 304 Stainless Steel Vacuum Suction Cup Hooks, as they simply do not live up to their advertised claims of being sturdy and removable. ... show more
