UPDATE: Excellect service. I recived an email that was very well written and got a full refund for both my shelfs. They even wanted to know what ended up working so they can approve. Like I said in my original review the only issue was the anchor. i got two packs of these cause it was a great deal. The shelf itself is nice, and the steel rod is nice too, but the anchors are horrible. I put it in my wall and the shelf was straight and tilted towards me and extremely wobbly. I went and got new anchors and attempted to take out the old ones. they would not come out and i had to rip them out and it made a deep and biggish hole. 4. so, i had to patch them up. its past the return, bummed cause i like the look but its been a PAIN to put these shelves up. A simple project has turned into a headache. If you get these don’t use the anchor it came with, new anchors will be better. once again, the look itself is great, anchors are a HUGE downfall. ... show more

These shelves are nice, pretty sturdy, I like the way you can install the bracket and slide the shelf on the hardware. My suggestion is the screws they send are not good. A bit to small. I used different screws and it made them more steady. I took down the first one and re did it. Much better. I'm ordering 3 more. I need a total of 15. ... show more

They're nice shelves and the design is okay so far. The idea is nice but after putting them up they don't have the strength to stay flat. They started to slant down right after placing items on them. Definitely won't hold 11lbs. More than 1lb is questionable.

Instructions were clear, and it was nice that it specified the size of drill bits needed. But with the included hardware there is quite a bit of vertical flex to the bracket once mounted as it comes with countersunk screws which the bracket wasn't made for. After finding one of my shelves in particular was too saggy, I bought new screws with wide flat heads (see picture) and they are much more secure. It would also be nice if there was an included way to secure the shelf on the bracket - it just slides on and off. I'm considering whether I want to glue it, or perhaps inset a neodymium magnet on the shelf back so it would hold to the bracket. ... show more
