I like how these feel. I have a size 10 foot and the size small fits just right. The first time you wear it can be a little sore but I've gotten used to it now and it feel like it relaxes the tension in my tendons.

I am a yoga teacher and an avid runner and Yoga Toes are one of my favorite tools! I would not go without them! I know how important our feet are in yoga, in running and in life! After all - who wants foot pain?! You can go get all the snazzy pedicures you want, but if your feet and legs hurt - what’s the point? Yoga toes are gentle yet effective. You might feel like it’s torture the first time - especially if your feet and toes really are tight but start out a little at a time and you will be surprised at the results! Over time the tension will subside and your feet and legs will have some relief. I would say foot pain is one of the biggest reasons people are sidelined from running. Foot pain is miserable! Do something proactive so you can feel better. Yoga helps with our toes and feet as well, and Yoga Toes reinforces this practice. I personally used to have hammer toes and a he beginnings of bunions when I first began practicing yoga. My feet steadily improved. Back then I didn’t know about Yoga Toes. Once I found them I wished I had had them sooner. It was actually my mom who introduced me to Yoga Toes and I’ve used them ever since. I run half marathons so I encounter lots of foot tightness. These have helped me prevent plantar fasciitis as well! This is one more awesome tool I recommend for your self care and stretching/ strengthening regimen! Great quality product, reasonably priced, very durable and easy to use. The gel is soft so it is not harsh on your right feet. You can even walk around with them on. I saw 5 different podiatrists over the last few years attempting to get help with my painful feet. I was having a lot of difficulty even walking. Nothing helped until I found these.     • Small size is not small enough.
My feet are smaller than W 7.5. Wish there was a better fitting size for those of us with a less than 7.5. I still use this GEM. It does help to stretch out my toes. )Am developing hammer toes on second toes so smaller toes are beginning to curl.) This appliance does help to strengthen the toes. I have only used them for 3 days to date but I am encouraged by the “progress” in such a short time. It takes much patience and endurance to get them on properly and to stay in place. A smaller size may help with this issue. I’m not sure of standing or walking with them on since they tend to slip out of place because of the size. Seem a bit pricy but the material is pliable and comfortable and easier to work with when putting the Yoga Toe Gems in place.. ... show more

    • Love these, really helped my toe/foot pain
I have some issues with my feet and toes from being a dancer growing up and wearing heels as an adult. After wearing these the pain and constant cracking stops. They aren’t comfortable when you put them on but you get used to it after a while. Definitely had to start slow - wear for 10 minutes, then 15, etc. You cannot walk when wearing them. Best to put them on, put your feet up and turn on your favorite show and forget about them for a while. Yes they are pricey but they should last forever. They do pick up hair and lint, but just wash them with some dish soap and they’ll be like new. Side bonus: they work great for a pedicure! ... show more

    • Liked them at first but quickly found many flaws
They are bulky which I thought would be good because it would be an aggressive stretch but for their bulkiness they didn't really stretch my toes much and kept moving out of place especially when trying to actually move around. They are very uncomfortable to walk with as the bottom is bulky too and gets in the way. The edges on the little and big toe also don't stay in place enough. I wore these everyday for a month while lounging at home, and then limited it down to a couple hours a week, while I’m watching tv, and I’ve noticed my foot looks more straightened out, my minor bunions are completely gone, and my foot arch has become significantly more pronounced. Strangely, my feet have slimmed down as well. I’m not sure if it’s from the gel toes or life choices. I think these are great for people with minor to no foot issues to help prevent further problems and/or damage that occurred/(s)from wearing tight fitting, inproper footwear over the years. ... show more
