I am a yoga teacher and an avid runner and Yoga Toes are one of my favorite tools! I would not go without them! I know how important our feet are in yoga, in running and in life! After all - who wants foot pain?! You can go get all the snazzy pedicures you want, but if your feet and legs hurt - what’s the point? Yoga toes are gentle yet effective. You might feel like it’s torture the first time - especially if your feet and toes really are tight but start out a little at a time and you will be surprised at the results! Over time the tension will subside and your feet and legs will have some relief. I would say foot pain is one of the biggest reasons people are sidelined from running. Foot pain is miserable! Do something proactive so you can feel better. Yoga helps with our toes and feet as well, and Yoga Toes reinforces this practice. I personally used to have hammer toes and a he beginnings of bunions when I first began practicing yoga. My feet steadily improved. Back then I didn’t know about Yoga Toes. Once I found them I wished I had had them sooner. It was actually my mom who introduced me to Yoga Toes and I’ve used them ever since. I run half marathons so I encounter lots of foot tightness. These have helped me prevent plantar fasciitis as well! This is one more awesome tool I recommend for your self care and stretching/ strengthening regimen! Great quality product, reasonably priced, very durable and easy to use. The gel is soft so it is not harsh on your right feet. You can even walk around with them on. I saw 5 different podiatrists over the last few years attempting to get help with my painful feet. I was having a lot of difficulty even walking. Nothing helped until I found these. Thank you thank you thank you Yoga toes! I bought a cheaper pair by another maker prior to getting these, they did not provide the stretch these do. My toes suck. All contorted and shoes just jam me up. But I put these on while watching movies at night and they splay open your toes as you sit there. When you remove them your toes don't just immediately scrunch back together which is unusual. While wearing them I keep flexing my toes and working them out. This helps a lot. After removing them I massage my feet and do more toe stretches. Overall I would buy these again in a heartbeat. I wasn't sure which ones to buy so I bought these because they really push your toes apart and I'm not looking to wear something inside my shoes all day. The size I got is supposedly SMALL and I wear a men's 10 shoe. These fit me fine and really give me a nice stretch. I'm kind of addicted to them now which means they work. Update. It has been a couple months since I bought these at first they were a little hard to put on since my toes were so used to being cramped in together. Now I can slip them in a lot easier. That’s a good sign. Also I can wear them for more extended periods of time with no discomfort. At first my toes ached a bit as the muscles around the toes needed to be stretched. When I wear these I flex my feet a bunch and it feels GREAT. Is is like a gym exercise for your feet and toes. Honestly I never would have guessed the impact would be this good. I really like these things and I’m certainly glad I paid the money for the REAL gemstone yoga toes because they are made really well and fit good. I wear a men’s size 10. This is the first time I have reviewed something and then come back to do an update. That should indicate to you that I actually really like these. Spend the money on yourself.     • Small size is not small enough.
My feet are smaller than W 7.5. Wish there was a better fitting size for those of us with a less than 7.5. I still use this GEM. It does help to stretch out my toes. )Am developing hammer toes on second toes so smaller toes are beginning to curl.) This appliance does help to strengthen the toes. I have only used them for 3 days to date but I am encouraged by the “progress” in such a short time. It takes much patience and endurance to get them on properly and to stay in place. A smaller size may help with this issue. I’m not sure of standing or walking with them on since they tend to slip out of place because of the size. Seem a bit pricy but the material is pliable and comfortable and easier to work with when putting the Yoga Toe Gems in place.. ... show more

I wore these everyday for a month while lounging at home, and then limited it down to a couple hours a week, while I’m watching tv, and I’ve noticed my foot looks more straightened out, my minor bunions are completely gone, and my foot arch has become significantly more pronounced. Strangely, my feet have slimmed down as well. I’m not sure if it’s from the gel toes or life choices. I think these are great for people with minor to no foot issues to help prevent further problems and/or damage that occurred/(s)from wearing tight fitting, inproper footwear over the years. ... show more

    • Liked them at first but quickly found many flaws
They are bulky which I thought would be good because it would be an aggressive stretch but for their bulkiness they didn't really stretch my toes much and kept moving out of place especially when trying to actually move around. They are very uncomfortable to walk with as the bottom is bulky too and gets in the way. The edges on the little and big toe also don't stay in place enough.
