Bought this to store a bunch of these jumbo tumbler cups that the wife is obsessed with. Expected to wait a week or longer for delivery, but it arrived in under 48 hours from the seller via FedEx. Everything was well packed and the instructions were clear. Didn't appear to be missing any parts and took me about an hour to put it together. Initial thoughts are that it's much sturdier than expected. There are a few nice touches as well, the cabinet has adjustable feet in case the floor isn't perfectly level and you can adjust them through the bottom rather than having to lift the thing up and adjust that way. There are also magnets that hold the doors closed, which is a nice touch, which makes opening or closing it much easier if you don't need to keep it locked all the time. There's a lock, though it's not really anything that's super high security. Overall, this is a great product and I'm expecting it to last a very long time. ... show more

I purchased this cabinet for the garage. It was easy to assemble and was packed well. Even though it was packed well, there was a few places the metal was scratched, it wasn't on the front panels and I didn't think it deserved a lower rating because of that. Updated star rating: 5 star customer service (offered to refund/replace taller units) 5 star shorter shelves great value 3 star taller shelves bc of dents Update to review : Seller reached out after review of taller shelves and offered refund or replacement. Waited to reply since we had already already shorter shelf and wanted to see if that had issues as well. Review of shorter unit: Shorter shelf had only some minor scratches on interior of one piece but otherwise great condition. Like taller units piece were easy to assemble - holes lined up as expected, and no missing parts or pieces. Only difference between short and tall unit was the short unit did not have adjustable feet and the brackets those fit in, also some screws that were silver on taller set were black on the shorter set. Neither are visible from outside. Black screws were harder metal and by the end the provided screwdriver was getting stripped so switch to one of ours. They included Phillips head for use in assembling in all three packages. Orig review of two taller units: Bought two for our garage and unfortunately both had consistently places dents makes it seem these defects came from manufacturer, no damage to the paint and the same location and placement of dents it appears these were not accidental but maybe from manufacturing and before paint/packaging - dents were on one of the back pieces which is not a big deal. Additional dents on both right hand doors with locks had dents that make it that are highly visible and make it so the door does not stay closed unless locked and you need to press either top or bottom of the door when locking. Works for its purpose but since it’s so carefully packed and others have said seller requires you to ship back at your expense would not buy from them again. Since again these defects not visible from exterior of packaging and only after unpackaging the whole box (no easy way to get item back in orig packaging which they require for return) Locks on doors are different so the keys from one will big work on the other. A bit tedious to assemble but at least all the screws and holes lined up and no missing parts/pieces which is not the case with all prefab items. ... show more

I am actually impressed with this cabinet. Instructions are very good, and the different sized screws and parts being individually packed and labeled was a nice surprise. Yes, it is “flimsy” while it’s going together, but very sturdy once assembled. Just follow the instructions and use all the parts they provide. I assembled in my garage with plenty of room to work around it. If you have small rooms, take it outside where there is room. Don’t try to assemble in a small space. ... show more

It was packaged really well, sturdy materials, easy to follow directions! I’m a 33 year old female and I was able to put this together by myself in about an hour with children running around. The lock works great for toddler proofing. Previously we had a cubical storage thing and my toddler was getting into everything. This is the cheapest, best solution. The wooden cabinets were so expensive in comparison. I definitely recommend buying this. * You may need your own screw driver, by the time I was done, the screwdriver it came with was whittled down to nothing. ... show more

I almost reduced my rating to 4 stars because of the somewhat difficult assembly but the finished product is well worth the 5 stars.
