I ordered a small cabinet as a test case. Cabinet came nicely packaged with only slight damage to the bottom panel. Since it will be hidden, I ignored it. Cabinet assembled very easily if you follow the numbered steps. Really happy with the product, even though the metal is pretty thin. However the cabinet builds well and looks terrific. I really like this cabinet. When I got It it wasn’t that heavy to carry. I put it together by myself. The instructions wasn’t too difficult to understand. I was done in probably two and a half hours. I would suggest probably using a power tool to get the screws in. It was a struggle manually putting in the screws. But overall, I got it for my living room and it looks nice and chic I was able to fit all my things in it.     • Sturdy Storage Cabinet for the Garage

This cabinet is the perfect size for storing dry gardening products in my garage, away from hoses, birdbaths and other articles that can stand up to the damp PNW climate. The top is counter height, just right for setting out supplies as I head to the garden. I purchased it knowing that it would need to be assembled. Assembly instructions are pictures only, but well drawn, with focus on strategic areas. All the parts were included, with extra screws, washers and nuts. It was well packed in heavy-duty cardboard, with sturdy binding tape. Had I planned ahead, I would have set up a work or craft table for ease of access installing screws to the awkward dark inner corners of the cabinet. However, I was so excited that the cabinet arrived on Sunday, 5 days ahead of schedule, that I set all the pieces out on the garage floor, using the box and packing materials for surface protection, and immediately began assembly. Yes, this old lady crawled around on the garage floor (thank goodness for yoga) and got it all put together in a short time. Again, had I planned it better, I would have also set up a work light instead of having to manage a flashlight while holding on to the screws and screwdriver provided. But hindsight doesn't serve any purpose. This cabinet is sturdy and the 2 adjustable shelves work well. The bottom shelf is raised off the floor enough that any items on it would remain dry should water get onto the garage floor. A few hints for anyone considering purchasing this cabinet: (1) Use a magnetized screwdriver because the screws need to go into tight spaces with barely enough room for the screw, the screwdriver and your fingers; (2) If you have large hands, get a helper with small hands. The screws need to be inserted in tight spaces and there simply is not enough room for large fingers, the tiny screws and small screwdriver; (3) Use a work bench or table to get the project off the floor as you will need to access upper and lower inside corners of the cabinet during assembly. (4) Assembly will take longer than you think, but I did not end up with any scratches or cuts on my hands, meaning the edges of the pieces were not sharp. ... show more

I bought the short 2-door cabinet. This piece is perfect for keeping things out of sight. I don’t like clutter so this cabinet helps maintain the “clean and tidy” look that makes me feel organized. I put this cabinet together by myself and it took about an hour. It’s solid and well made. I knocked off one star because one panel was bent but luckily it was the back piece. The instructions are clear and all the pieces and hardware are labeled. The shelves are adjustable and there is a significant amount of space inside once the doors are installed. Solid, looks good, perfect size - fits exactly with other furniture dimensions that we have. And it was very simple to put together, the whole assembly took about 20 minutes as it's only a few screws and a few metal plates. One of our pieces was dented, but it was very slight, I was able to un-dent it with my finger, and it was in the back so you can't see it. If there was a dent on a front facing piece I definitely wouldn't be happy. Also, it has magnets to hold the doors which is nice. ... show more

We bought two of these to increase our storage capacity in our basement. We had also recently purchased a taller cabinet from a different seller which was missing parts and instructions and was very difficult to put together, so my expectations for this product were low. I'm delighted to say that I was totally wrong! The cabinets arrived with all their parts (plus extras) and clear instructions. They were easy enough to put together (it's a two person job, IMHO) with a screwdriver included! Only other tool we needed was a flashlight to assist. I ordered these for a client to hang in their laundry room to lock up some of their items when they have rentals. I was worried as so many complained of them being beat up in shipping and these were shipped to a freight forwarder and on to us in the Caribbean. They arrived in very good shape, there is maybe one or 2 very small dents, almost not noticeable.
