It was a little confusing to assemble. We needed a large area to spread out the parts. One thing we learned from other products is to NOT tighten screws until the piece is aligned. It is a heavy unit so we used a small area rug to slide across the floor and left it in place so the LVP wouldn’t dent. Even though there were screws to anchor to the wall, they weren’t long enough so we raised the front legs enough to leverage the unit backwards. For under $200 I knew I wasn't getting something as rugged as a toolbox or those old lockers from high school. This is made of fairly light and thin metal, so much so that one wrong pressure point during assembly and you are likely to warp something. Don't worry, you can just bend it back into place. Mine came with an extra screw for every part, which is always helpful in case you lose something during instal. The magnets on the doors are very low budget. Four total, and one on each door of mine doesn't close correctly. The measurements provided for the locker I don't believe are accurate in the pictures. All in, I knew what I was buying. And this holds the items I need it to, and looks halfway decent. If you plan to use this in a shop, or with anything heavy, maybe metal equipment, or have kids slamming it closed regularly, I'd skip it and spend some more money. I was surprised & pleased these are TRIPLE-lined boxes w THICK cardboard AND styrofoam WITH ends/edges WRAPPED in heavy gauge tint! Wow—SUPER IMPRESSIVE! Box is heavy but your shelves won’t be dented! 2. EASY ASSEMBLY with an electric screw driver (a must). & grateful for the extra pieces for each assembly area. Took less than 45 min. 3. They’re beautiful! High quality steel w a silky smooth finish. Not a ripple or bleed anywhere. 4: Lockable from small kids BUT any teen or adult could pry or rip a door off if motivated. I would NOT secure valuables or firearms in it. Included magnets are a nice attention to detail for a precision close that is appreciated. 5. 1st let me say I kept this simply because I didn't feel like dealing with a return and waiting for another cabinet. The box was not damaged at all, however the cabinet was dented in more than one place, the black paint job was inconsistent in areas and obviously made on the cheap. Super disappointed because I wanted to buy another brand that I purchased before, but they stopped selling it. What a mistake! I'll try to add pics later. ... show more

The quality of the product is a little flimsy, definitely can be easily broken into. Putting together the walls want to fall outwards and it bends the tabs. They give you a bunch of self tapping screws that are different to install. It should have been tapped holes with machine screws. The top lid doesn’t line up with the holes so I will have to modify it so it’s not hanging down into the cabinet. Have yet to organize it but after the headache of putting it together I’m sure it’ll serve its purpose. ... show more

Packaging was thorough and cabinet showed up in pristine condition. Was worried after reading other reviews but mine showed up perfect. Build went as expected, instructions were easy to follow, and pieces well labeled. I even installed it onto some plywood and added locking casters and it's working great. I made sure to have more weight in the bottom so it doesn't tip. Only issue is that one door doesn't stay shut unless key is turned. Read this in other reviews so it wasn't a surprise.
