Came in one long heavy box. Clear instructions, all parts and hardware labeled, and came with spare parts. Upholstery is soft and looks very nice. Took me about 1.5 hrs to assemble by myself. Took two of us to assemble but could be easily done alone. The instructions actually have words vs just images. Once assembled it’s such a cute set up- see last image. The issue we stumbled across was when laying down the second set of slats… the Velcro part that should be on the top happened to be on the bottom part of board.. not an issue as we had some super glue and extra Velcro around. Very easy to put together thanks to the lil hex key thingy , using a box spring completely optional. Nice size drawer at foot of bed for storage and it’s even lined in suede so it has a nice cohesive look. Everything was going well from the moment we started building this bed.. came to drawers part and saw the wheel didnt had that hole for screw to fir in as shown in the guide book.. took hell lot of time pressuring the screw forcefully into the wheel.. although hole wasnt created but any how half screw fitting made drawers work.. but this was not expected. Even the front part of the bed had a hole big which could not fit the screw which was supposed to fit in there.. had to adjust with a long different screw to make the front part stay straight and proper.. ... show more

I like the underneath storage. I can fit my clothes and shoes under there nicely. I have hard wood flooring in my room so the drawers tends to slide more than I like but overall I like it. The drawers are pretty big so you can fit a lot in them. Took a little while to build but not bad

The media could not be loaded. Very easy-to-use, the design is amazing. Highly recommended. The color is good, exactly how I saw it on the video and the size was precise, easily fitting in the size of the frame, not too heavy just right, very stable and noise free.

    • LOVING IT!!! (Original) Update: NO LONGER LOVING IT!
UPDATE: The strong off-gassing smell never went away. It's been over a year and anything that touches the headboard ends up smelling like it. I finally had to buy a quilt to cover it with. It's very difficult to move around the room without feeling like you're going to break it. I'm very disappointed because I really did love it when I got it. It still looks good, just unusable in my case. Especially with asthma. So far, I'm loving it! I searched for months and even bought other bed frames but none worked. This is a great height for my 13-inch mattress. I would imagine with would be perfect with a 12-inch mattress. It looks much better in person than I imagined. The only downfall is the fabric is the kind that you touch it and the fabric fibers turn darker until you swipe it back. I'm not quite sure how to describe it but it shows marks with too much handling as most velvety fabrics do. It only takes a quick swipe in the other direction to correct it, but this is my being super critical. The headboard could stand to be a little more cushioned and headboard slightly more secure but I wouldn't let it stop you from buying it and as someone on the heavier side, I still feel safe and supported. I feel like it's made my brick of a mattress more comfortable too if that's possible. I'm coming from having my mattress on the floor for almost 2 years so I'm sure that's part of it. The price is very competitive and with the coupon, I saved $18 to make it even more affordable. My blankets cover the side panel and I don't want to tuck it in but if I did the side panels are a nice addition. The only real fault with it is toward the headboard the support bar that runs up the middle just sort of floats there with no slats or ending. It could use a leg there or something. It was just odd, but again, not a problem so far. There is enough room between the headboard and my comforter that I'm using as a mattress pad to be able to be tucked through to the back but not a big gap to where if I didn't have it there, it would fall through or something. I will add pictures later, but in the meantime, I just really wanted to share how much I love it and what value it is for the money. Visually it looks like many more expensively priced beds. Trust me, I know because I spent over a year looking for one. I'm very happy with this purchase! ... show more
