I purchased this Yiany Wii to HDMI, 1080P Output Video Audio Adapter Converter with 3,5mm Audio Jack&HDMI Output Compatible with Wii, Wii U, HDTV, Supports All Wii Display Modes 720P, NTSC, with 1m Audio Cable, for my old Wii game console. Though it did not come with any instruction paperwork, the product page pretty much gives all the details. I hooked up the device to my old Wii and then plugged in the 4K HDMI cable and plugged it into the Game port on my Sony STR-DN1080 AV receiver(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XKRWWSG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The receiver is hooked up to my new Sony Bravia 4k 65" TV( https://www.amazon.com/Sony-X90J-Inch-Compatibility-XR65X90J/dp/B08TKXDLQB/ref=sr_1_14?crid=28DIDONKCGMN&dchild=1&keywords=sony+bravia+tv&qid=1621259028&sprefix=sony+brVIA%2Caps%2C188&sr=8-14). It worked right from the start. It does have some limitations, as it could play all my Tiger Woods PGA golf games up to number 10. The Tiger Woods PGA11, guitar hero could not play(probably too new and needed more output to the 4k, I really don't know). But it played my old games like Wii Resort, which has the bowling, which I like. This little device for under 8 dollars . is a great buy. Parents wanted to use Wii bowling but their new TV didn't have the rca jacks to plug in their Wii. Bought this and it worked great. Picture seems crisper than the original connection. Item description says 1080p output compared to the original 480p from the native Wii connection. Easy to install.
