I just get my 2 cameras it is really good quality and good price . Easy to installation and I am able to watch my cat when I am outside . Don’t expect to much for night vision. But daily time and with light is good 👍

The camera was very easy to install and connect to the Wifi. It had a good picture and sound, too bad it only operated about one year. The camera just stopped connecting/ pairing with my phone app or Wifi. Of course it was past Amazons return time frame so I contacted the company. Unfortunately it was one month past their warranty period. So if ya don’t mind it only lasting about a year then go for it, otherwise I’d pass. ... show more

UPDATE: Lowering my rating to 1 because my pet destroyed the power cable, which should be an easy replacement, but standard cables won't work with this product (they plug in but the camera won't work). I even bought high performance cables and it still doesn't work, it will literally only work with their own cables. And there's no option to just purchase a replacement cable from the company because they have ZERO product support. No way to contact them, at all. These are basically disposable cameras at this point. Save your money. First of all, this product is COMPLETELY useless without paying for a subscription. Unless you're just looking for a live security camera with no recording ability, you need to pay for a subscription. I did the one week trial and then paid for a full year subscription, but less than a week after my payment went through, the cloud service stopped working anyway. Even though my purchase history clearly shows that I was charged for the plan, the cameras won't record and it tells me I need to upgrade again. The "customer support" is useless - it's a very poorly made bot that will never get you to a live person. On the hardware side, the camera works fine but is not great. The design limits visibility so you really need to mount it to a wall or ceiling if you want decent coverage of your room. If you set it on a table, the plastic will block it from seeing anything more than about 20 degrees down. The motion detection is hit or miss - catches a lot of minor lighting changes but sometimes misses entire people or animals right in the middle of the field of view. The motion tracking is pretty awful; it swivels to correctly track activity maybe 20% of the time and the rest of the time just swivels excessively for no reason, often turning itself to face a wall and away from the activity. The night vision is just alright; it's not amazing but it works as long as there's a bit of ambient light. I suspect it would not work if it was pitch black. Overall, not the best product considering that the cost of the device plus subscription means you'll spend hundreds over a few years. I love the camera because I use it to keep an eye on my dogs while I’m at work and I can even talk to them through the camera speaker so one of my dogs was sick and I was able to see that something was wrong with her and I was able to get home early from work to take her to the vet and it saved her life because she was having a stroke. ... show more

I was excited to receive the cameras one day before scheduled. That was it. After resetting the wifi to 2.4 which was pretty annoying to have to do I was able to connect only 1 camera. Following exactly the same steps standing in the same place under the same conditions the other 2 cameras don't connect. This is annoying and in my case a safety hazard. Now I have to wait for customer service to be available to see if they help? ... show more

Ok im a YI family from day one, I have the first camera and they work great, so i ordered the 360 to see if i like it turned out I love it, lol great for the family and our new dog. The quality so nice, good talk back with my teen lol I can run the house while at work. Yeah all that.
