Yeti mug will maintain hot coffee for hours as it’s double insulated. The lid is well constructed and easily removed. Very easy to clean. Very spill resistant if you remember to close the sliding lid. Will buy again. One caveat - different price for different color is absurd

I have already had a Yeti Mug and they’re the best insulated, durable, cleanable mugs on the market. However, they send you this mug in a mediocre padded envelope, the mug wrapped in a plastic bag. Not much protection at all from the mug getting dented while in transport. To the seller and Amazon, please put these mugs in boxes with bubble wrap. If the seller doesn’t have control over this, then a note to the seller: your items are at a high risk of being damaged when being shipped. I absolutely live the screw on lid and the tight seal on it, but mostly i love the lock on the opening of the lid- it is leak proof and that it helps keep the beverage hot.I am so happy that it is had a decent price for such a value. I have the old version of this and it works pretty good so I thought I would try the new version. The new version is extremely heavy and has a very small handle even for my hands. I’m 5 foot tall, small bond with small hands and I still have to cram my four fingers into that handle. Plus the new one is extremely heavy! There is a gigantic difference between the two. Because of this issue I have dropped this cup many times when I never dropped the other one. The new cup is a screw on cap. It’s a little difficult to take on and off just because there is not much group area. When I have tipped over this cup or dropped it sometimes the magnetic closure pops off and all the liquid spills out. The old model was attached and slid back-and-forth which I would prefer. As far as cleaning goes I use a stiff bristle brush to get into the crevices. I also have to take off the gasket because it collects a lot of God knows what. If I could I would return it but it’s far too late to do that. ... show more

This is a great cup for morning coffee during a commute. It fits i. The cup holder and has a convenient handle. In true Yeti fashion it is durable and stylish. I really like the feature of the locking lid that eliminates the risk of a spill.
