Delivery was fast ahead of scheduled time…exciting, but that’s where it ended. Upon opening the package, the front derailer shifter was broken…just fell out of the box. Not the fault of the seller, but the seller could use better packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Took it for test run on mild dirt bike trail. Nothing crazy, just dry packed dirt and some incline. The motor provided plenty of power and ride went well until the end…as soon as I got off the trail and pedaled on the road, something cracked. The front fork handlebars spacers shattered. The manufacturer used subpar cheap plastic spacers (toy like plastic). I had to order aluminum spacers to correct the problem. 2nd day ride (same trail) the rear fender fastener broke resulting in rattling noise. I eventually opted to remove both fenders. I had to check every screw and retighten them. I’ve had this bike only for a few days. It rides nicely and the motor has plenty of power, which is needed because the bike is heavy. Its a beast. Will see how it holds up over time. I feel the quality doesn’t match the price. At the price of about 2K, it should come with hydraulic brakes and the quality of assembling should be better. Knowing what I know now, I would probably look at a different manufacturer. So far, not very impressed, but as I said, only time will tell. Update: April 6, 2023. Had this bike got a year. Today, it just quit, died, kaput. Riding on the trail…easy ride….the power just quit. The display functioned but no matter what power setting I selected there was not response from the motor. The battery was showing 40% charge. At this point I don’t know whats going on with. Im hoping for the battery to be bad. But if its not the batteries, I have a $2000 paper weight. I purchased the bike thinking that paying $2k, I should get a good quality bike. The batteries have been the worst of it so far. The bike is heavy and seems to have a few parts that could have been made better. The rear rack broke easily over the fender. Then the issue with the batteries started. I had reached out and ended up buying 2 more batteries cause the first two wouldn't keep a charge. Thought maybe it was a storage issue when not in use. Now the 2 newer ones don't hold charge either. First I thought it was me but now that I have had multiple batteries from the seller and just about to give up. Maybe I should have asked around or read all the reviews. ... show more
