    • UPDATE: Great nightlight, small size...one ISSUE...EXCELLENT customer service
Background: My toddler recently developed a slight fear of the dark (after previously always wanting his room to be pitch black for sleep) so we started looking for good night light options. We travel to visit grandparents and on vacations pretty consistently, so it was also important for us to find a night light that was portable, easy to use, and easy to charge. Our toddler is also pretty particular about new things in his room, and he rejected other night lights because the light was too bright (or a cold white light that appears too harsh), or cast odd shadows, etc. This night light met ALL of our requirements, but there was just ONE issue., which I cover below under Issue(s). Quality: The battery life is great, it has a quality feel (soft silicone upper with an overall quality weight and feel), the light is adjustable from very dim to pretty bright, and it utilizes a warm yellow light that is very inviting and comforting. It is very easy to charge and use (after reading the instructions once). You can flip it upside down to turn off, and flip it right-side up to turn it back on. Long holding the soft center adjusts the brightness. And long holding it long enough turns it completely off or on. Price: Very fair and reasonable price for the quality, form factor, and features of this night light. Issue(s): The one issue we had is that our toddler wants the night light on for the entire time he sleeps. He sleeps about 10-11 hours a night and since we use black-out shades in his room, his room remains dark until he wakes up. This night light has a built-in feature that automatically turns it off after 8 hours. We didn't realize this until we noticed in the first week we used it that it would be off by the morning already. And it got worse because our toddler began waking up in the wee early morning hours crying and yelling for help, only to tell us that the nightlight had turned off. This was frustrating to us because for our situation, it defeated the purpose of having a nightlight. After searching the online description for the nightlight and discovering the 8 hour auto-turn off feature is built in and cannot be disabled, we disappointedly decided to return the nightlight and look for something else. Customer Service: To my surprise, the owner of the company reached out and I explained the issue. Without hesitation, the owner said he could have one specially programmed for us that disabled the automatic turn-off feature. Sure enough, it arrived to us 2 weeks later and it has been perfect. A company that is willing to go out of its way to resolve a unique issue/situation for one customer demonstrates A LOT about the company and its view of customer service. I was thoroughly impressed with the communication and service, and have no doubt that they will work to resolve future issues for me and other customers. Conclusion: Amazing nightlight that is reasonably priced, great quality, perfectly sized with the right features, and the company has incredible customer service. UPDATE on 1/25/2023: The light I purchased ended up having a charging issue. I reached out to the company to let them know that I absolutely loved the light, but was disappointed that it had an issue with charging. And just like my previous experience with their customer service, the company owner reached out to me quickly and without hesitation offered to send me a replacement light. He asked a few questions to help diagnose the issue and assured me that maintaining and improving the quality of their product will always be their top priority. I believe it. Today, I received the replacement light with a handwritten letter from the owner apologizing for the issue. In summary, their customer service is some of the best I have ever encountered and I can tell that the owner takes pride in this product and is doing his best. It's very easy for a seller or company to ignore little issues like this. It speaks volumes when the owner takes time for details like this. I randomly found this light and am converting all my mom friends to it. This is the BEST light in the middle of the night. I love that I can adjust the brightness and that I can flip it over to turn it on or off, and I also love that I can carry it around with me. I bring it everywhere we travel and it's so convenient! I feel like this light has such a wide range of how bright or dim it can get, and the charge lasts forever. It's never died on me and I honestly don't charge it that often. This night light has been wonderful for night time diaper changes and feeds. We love that you can adjust the brightness really easily. And being able to flip it over to turn it on/ off is very quick and convenient. Perfect for night time so it won't wake your baby all the way.

The media could not be loaded. Jan 1, 2025 I’m an adult woman with no kids. I bought this for myself. Sometimes I need light in the middle of night to find something or look at something but I don’t want to use my phone flashlight or room light because it’s too harsh and takes away my sleepiness. This is the perfect little thing since it slowly gets brighter for your eyes to adjust to the light coming in. I love that it turns off when you flip it over. The touch control is a little faulty sometimes but if you’re patient enough it’ll work. The lights colors are the yellow light and the brightest is the white led type light. We originally had 1 of these lights requested on our baby registry, then ended up ordering a 2nd one because we love it so much. It’s perfect to have on my bedside table for when the baby needs nursed so that I’m not lighting up the entire room with my lamp. The media could not be loaded. A friend told me to get this for the hospital when delivering our first child. I was amazed by the quality and the durability of this little nightlight. It was perfect for those midnight changings without having to turn the hospital lights on. The battery lasted way longer than I expected, and you were able to change the brightness to your liking.
