I had ordered a rear bumper with no sensor holes. I received one with the holes and immediately notified Corkiauto with pictures, there first response was to send me plugs for the holes. I preceded to tell them mine has no hole and that I would like the bumper I had purchased. Then I had to send pics of All of the stickers on the box which I have done. Then Corkiauto informed me that the bumper I had received was packed in the wrong box and would send me a return label, when I received the label I dropped it off at UPS that evening and contacted Corkiauto to let them know. They responded by telling me that the correct bumper would be shipped on Monday the 19th and I would receive a tracking number. I have messaged the twice for a tracking number and still haven't received on. I wouldn't give them one star but I have to ... show more

Showed up way sooner than expected so 2 stars. But its advertised to be without sensor holes and the rear bumper i received had sensor holes cut in it. Wrongly advertised! if not for the rapid delivery it would be a one star for me.

The bumper is a great alternative to spending $800 for a better-quality bumper. The plastic insert on the top passenger side did have a small chip in it, but this was more than likely from shipping as the box looked to have been dropped. I found it easier to use the OEM brackets for the installation as the provided brackets did not line up with the mounts on the truck. Something to be aware of is there are no installation directions that come with this piece. If you are handy with tools and can problem-solve installations then this is not a problem. Also, do not expect a perfect alignment without modifications to the provided brackets, or just use the OEM brackets to salve this. All in I am satisfied with this bumper but it could use better brackets. ... show more

1. The hardware supplied was not in a sealed bag and found hardware loose throughout box. 2. Two of the mounting brackets holes did not line up with bumper and had to be drilled to a larger size so bolt could be installed(with a store bought fender washer). 3. The largest bolts were too short, had to buy longer bolts from hardware store, 4. It is much lighter, flimsier than original bumper. 5. It will fit and looks like original bumper.
