We had a very specific need -- our garage spout (due to some previous refurbing) is hard to access. So we have to use the one on our porch. When doing things in the front yard, we needed a hose that could wind around a couple of brick corners -- in order to connect our more maneuverable floppy hose. This guy worked great. he is heavy hefty and tough. though, if that is not what you are looking for, perhaps search around. This seems better equipped for connecting hoses and taking a beating -- will be ideal for extending around the hard corners of our townhouse.

I'm not sure how long it will hold up. The hose itself feels great, but the connections make me a little nervous when connecting or disconnecting from the spigot or other hoses. I do have some extra connections and crimp rings that I'll use to replace these if they come loose or give out on me. If you're comfortable with that I'd say you have nothing to worry about buying this hose.

This is the absolute worst hose I have ever owned. It kinks no matter what you do I took it out of box, uncoiled it which too forever and laid in sun to soften up. It stilled kinked every time I pulled it. This just a horrible product! Donated to a community garden because I could not-get the kinks out of it to send it back.

We needed a little hose at the front of the house that would be just long enough to reach our front porch to water the potted flowers we have out there. This works perfectly! It's a nice sturdy feeling hose. Very happy with it.

Got this hose to replace an old, rusted feeder hose with a vacuum breaker on it. Very easy to use, and it connected quickly. Comes with replacement gaskets to ensure no leaking. Unlike expensive hoses I have bought in the past that "guarantee" to be Kink free, this one actually lives up to the claim. I'll definitely buy this bran again, and they have varying lengths, so you can find whatever length you need as a replacement.
