These are awesome! I have arthritis in my hands and I had seen a YouTuber receive one as a gift and she loved it so I thought I would try one. I can’t believe I got two of them for I think it was around six dollars and these are not small and very sturdy. So perfect for bread I am sure which I haven’t used it for yet but I have used it making a big batch of cookies where my hands would not be able to use a wooden spoon and stir it, this gives it the strength that I need to stir something dense and large. I highly recommend these especially for the price you will not be disappointed. They are also really unique looking and I had given my other one to my daughter and it ended up being a discussion about it because it was so unique looking. Happened upon these by accident and decided to give them a try - these whisks are absolutely awesome for all sorts of baking. I use them for bread, cookie, muffin, cake, pretzel, scone doughs. The only time I switch to something else is when I'm dealing with a "lightened" batter - like if you're having to mix in whipped egg whites, as this would break apart the whipped ingredient too easily. The whisks look odd but are so easy on the wrists, the batter always seems to just incorporate so quickly with less time spent mixing and less resistance on the wrist. I never would have thought something so odd looking would work so well! Having this new tool has saved me quite a few times from having to pull out the Kitchen-Aid heavy duty mixer and also the little hand mixer. So pleased!
