One of the legs was missing the holes necessary to put the screws through to attach to the couch. Additionally, one of the arm rests would not go in because the plate on the couch was placed upside down. Overall, it would have been an easy and smooth assembly if it weren't for these 2 issues, hence I gave low rating for assembling. ... show more

The only real way that this sofa stood out from the others similar to it on Amazon was it's width. Which was the only justifiable reason they could of charged more when comparing it to the others in this category. After all when you buy a futon/sleeper sofa you want it to be long so that guest can actually sleep on it and not hang off the edge. Turns out they were LYING about the width while at the same time charging you more than their competitors who's sofas are actually longer and cheaper. It's no where near 78 inches. It's not even 70 inches. Also that other comment about the screws not fitting in the holes was right, there's a lot of fabric and some wood covering over some of the holes. You got to kind of dig them out before you can put the screws in all the way. So the SHORT of this is save your money there are better options for a cheaper price. ... show more

I was very skeptical when buying this couch after reading the reviews, but after receiving it in the mail I was very satisfied with the product. Assembly: The holes didn’t match up with the screws locations for the two middle legs HOWEVER if you have a drill it will still make it into the holes no problem. The tool that comes with it is per useless anyway, you can only get about a quarter turn each way. Comfort: It’s a nice soft but firm couch, also the pillows are very nice! Sturdiness: I’ve had this couch for about 2 weeks now and i’ve had 4 friends on it drinking and it’s held it's ground! I really recommend this couch , this is nice quality for a nice price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Not too bad but the hinges are directly in the middle when it’s flat and it’s creating kind of a hard bump, easy to assemble, good size but them hinges man is uncomfortable

This product arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. It was super easy and fast to assemble. Just screw in legs and slide the arm rests on. Done! Wonderful quality. It is super firm, so be aware of that if you like your mattress on the soft side. It comes with 2 throw pillows also. Super satisfied!
