My only complaint is the back of them are very dirty and most of the backs were scratched or beat up in some way. Which, for me, isn't too big of a deal because it will be hidden. The front is great. The plastic window came with a protective film that needs to be removed when you're ready to use it, so it was protected from any scratches. It was also well packaged, which I was thankful for because I heard the mailman drop the box for these from high off the ground onto my front porch. None were broken.
