Description

Great for scrapbooking, school, home office and DIY projects, the Xyron Mega Runner applies double-sided adhesive to photos, documents, cards, labels and more. Provides a strong aggressive hold without the sling found with solid tape runners. Lightweight and portable, it is ergonomically designed for better comfort and accurate application. The unique cap protects the adhesive when not in use. It comes with 1/2" wide x 100' of acid-free dot-matrix permanent adhesive. With 100' of adhesive, you can work longer without the hassle of changing the cartridge. Easy drop-in style refill available (sold separately). Mega Runner measures 7" x 5-3/4" x 1-1/2".

I've seen a lot of negative reviews as well as good and idk if any of they really discouraged or encouraged me to by them. I think I just felt that as a tape runner, it can't be that bad. Every tape runner has its little quirks and things or things we'd like different. Well I received this tape runner today. I also order a refill as well. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to see the tape runner itself has a cartridge in it and there was two extras. So it states that the tape runner comes with tape, but I guess it come with a tape already inside as well as another one. So I didn't get lucky, I just thought that the tape runner that came inside of it was the only one that came with it. So yeah that was an added bonus. So yea it definitely makes the price of what you get so much better. I tested it out and I had not one problem with it. No I haven't had it long, but I don't see it messing up and if so, no more than the smaller ones I have. The one thing I love it how easy it is to replace the refill. I mean a child could do it! I love that. It takes seconds and you are back in business. I love that it holds more tape than the smaller tape runners and isn't as big as the ATG. I just wanted something smaller and it is just that and very ergonomic. As long as you apply even pressure when applying the tape, I don't see why there should be an issue. If anything changes I will update, but right now....I'm satisfied and can't wait to start crafting with it! ... show more

I am sooooo happy I finally found the replacement for my double sided tape runner. I have had my craft tape runner for years and just got lazy to get refills. The store I used to get refills stopped carrying them so I started getting disposable running tape. The disposable didn’t seem to have the best adhesive at all times. I don’t know why it took me so long to look at Amazon for the refills but I did and I am sooooo happy I did. Crafting is very easy when you have good, dependable products. There is ONLY ONE drawback and that is that the appliance itself is rather LARGE so for doing tiny projects it is difficult to use but that is not a quality flaw. If you do many craft projects and many are paper projects than you may want to consider this glue runner. ... show more

Did not like this product! Struggled to make the tape runner disperse the adhesive tape onto the cardstock. Returning for a refund. Found another product with reviews that say it is easy to use at half the price.

I was disappointed with this. The tape comes out in thin ribbons instead of the full length. This is the second refill thst does this. I guess I will try the wider width refill to get decent coverage.
