Love this cart basket. It holds lots of balls, gloves, tees and other miscellaneous stuff you need and/or want on the course. So happy I bought it. It does take two people to install.

    • Works great but….
The install isn’t all that complicated but takes time if you want level. I bought this one to replace the previous basket that had broken in the middle (pivot pin) since it arrives folded. This break happen in the middle of the back 9, furthest point from the clubhouse. This is the weak point of this basket and if you use it on your cart, play at a course with very bumpy cart paths, the same will happen to you. I have a 2018 ClubCar Tempo and while I do love the cart, sometimes storage can be a little awkward. Bought this basket for easy access to those things I use often during a round. Range finder, smokes, dip, etc. I installed this to be level left to right, front to back. Left to right, not that bad but will take some time to get there since the basket itself sits inside the roof supports. Need to attach the brackets for mounting but since it’s foldable, better to have another set of hands unless you have a 4’ level. Like I said, left to right, no biggie. Now, front to back has its own challenge. Guess you “could” just flush mount the brackets to the roof supports. But, due to the angle of the supports, whatever you put in the basket could, and most of the time would, bounce out at you while you’re riding. So, I kicked the bottom out about 2” using some brass tubing and couple of stainless washers (washers to find the sweet spot for level). Back to the weak pivot pin. Since the pin had broken on my original (lasted 4 years, about a couple hundred rounds), I drilled a couple of holes in the middle pivot point and used some small #6 machine screws to keep it solid and reduce the load on that pivot pin. I do like the basket and that’s why I bought it again. The only reason it does not get the 5th star is the pivot pin. For $70+, would think it could be a bit more solid. Especially since it’s made in china and likely cost about $10 to make. Concept, fit and function are great and do recommend for whatever you may need to store for quick access and such. I keep all kinds of crap in mine and it’s great! But, nothing heavy at all. If I had to guess, with all I keep in there, total weight isn’t more than 5 or so pounds. ... show more

    • Missing parts, missing brackets for TXT model EZGo, no bolts/screws/nuts.
Product appears well made however can't install it without the required mounting brackets. I can source missing bolts/nuts/washers locally but the EXGo TXT modle mounting bracket is a must have.

The brackets for the Club Car Precedent are not angled. Because they are not angled the basket sits at an angle and not flat

You deceive people and give them hope. I do not recommend buying from this seller. Why do you say aluminum in the product description, but this is a simple metal that is susceptible to corrosion.
