I’m a single mom. I got this phone for my son to have when he got home from school so he could call me and let me know he was home. Got the phone on March 5, 2024. Here it is April 16, 2024 and the screen has went completely black. Can’t make calls, receive calls or nothing. The window of return ended on April 4, 2024. How convenient is that. I bought this device here just as a back up for on the road purposes, but the phone fail to operate when I try use a different cellular data service on it. Tried all troubleshooting, but nothing works. Phone looks great for the cost but didn’t meet expectations

The phone resets itself and freezes. Quiet annoying as the warranty period has lapsed and i cannot return it- It has only been in use for 2 months Secondly the camera specs is not as advertised of 50MP main camera- it is lower than that

Okay so I jus got this phone today and it started working great only for the first 5 minutes. As soon as I tried downloading snapchat or any other app the screen would freeze. Then it started powering itself off every 5 - 10 minutes.
