    • Absolutely ZERO Customer Support!!! AVOID XTOOL!!!
I've e-mailed this company about a half of a dozens times both before I purchased the machine and after, and have NEVER received a response! Unlike an Android phone, there is no way to access the data on this device, thus you cannot copy files from the device or copy files to the device. The USB port does not recognize anything I plug into it such as a thumb drive or a printer, so don't even think about transferring a file from a USB device to the tablet or vise versa. They have this device completely locked down so it will not communicate with an other device. If, for example you take a screenshot with the tablet, the only way to get that screenshot off of the device would be to use the table to e-mail it to yourself . . . an absolutely absurd notion in the year 2023. I sent my scanner back for a full refund so I can free up money to purchase a functioning scanner from a legitimate company that stands behind their product. ... show more
