Super easy to apply, no harsh smell, used very little product to do my whole head but I have thinner hair. My hair is super shinny, way softer, and has more body. I do not notice any residue. So this is the test strip in the middle of my old blonde hair. It's supposed to be a golden tone but there seems to be alot of red in the product. Turned me ginger, but I'm actually not all that mad about it. I love the color, even if it wasn't what I originally was going for. Word of warning, this is highly pigmented. Wear gloves, Vaseline around your hair line. Wear clothes you don't care get stained, put towels on the floor and be aware your shower will look like someone's been murdered in it. Couldn’t wait to get Xmondo super gloss for dark brown hair. Got a gift card for Christmas and finally got it. It did not work at all. My roots are still gray. My tub however, was stained so bad I had to bleach it. I love all his products but this one was a total let down.

Package was sealed, but it had leaked out into the lid and was caked around the edge of the jar. That’s a bummer, but I decided to use it anyway. My hair was previously lightened to about a level 5-6, so I bought this to warm up the brassy tones and lightly darken the hair for winter. It reads a bit orangey/red brown on my hair, and doesn’t look as dimensional as I hoped. The fragrance is very nice and lasts for at least a few days. Overall, the product itself was… pretty alright. I love Brad Mondo so much and so I don't want to leave a bad review but... if you don't want to get into a huge fight that leads to eviction don't rinse this out anywhere that you don't want stains. My shower looks like a murder scene in black ink and I don't know how I am going to get it out. I scrubbed and it did not budge. The result turned out BLACK BLACK BLACK. It colored my greys so if you are after that then this is the only semi-permanent that I have found that colors greys. It's too dark for me though, I have curly hair and this turned out so dark that I can't see any definition. It's shiny but almost too shiny, like my hair looks like a synthetic wig now. I am going to have to use dish soap and baking soda to try to lighten it. It also made my hair really dry and frizzy like protein overload. I had to wash twice and condition 3 times after this product to detangle my hair. I still love Brad but this one is a big no go. ... show more

The 5G Gloss left my hair feeling great, and I love the color. Now, my blondies, keep in mind that this has a lot of red undertones and is meant for enhancing already brown hair, so our results are likely going to be more red, which mine were. I knew that going into it and was kind of hoping for a light red-brown color and that is what I got! I really love XMondo products! I previously used Super Purple, and besides the color being awesome, it made my hair luxuriously thick & shiny! 😍 With the Super Purple washed out, my natural hair is nearly black, with silvery white stripes -- two in the front, and two behind my ears, like a badass. But very fine and not very shiny or springy. So I tried Super Gloss! And OMG am I disappoint. 😭 I think it lightened my black hair and darkened my silver hair, and it's DULL AF and has a faint yellowing reminiscent of cigarette stains on casino lampshades. IDK if I left it in too long, or let it get too hot at the spa, but it looks like total crap, and I doubt it's going to wash out or fade off since it's not color. I think I accidentally damaged my hair, and it's going to take 2 years to grow it back, and I'm kinda super upset. 😭 It did attract some excited spiders while I put it on my hair, and that was adorable, so 3-stars for spider pheremones! 🕷️🕷️🕷️ ... show more

I got this for my dull ends and an area on the back so I put this on the bottom of my hair and the back and it's like a super duper conditioner! I probably didn't even need to comb my hair it worked so good. I usually have tangled ends and dry ends but not this time. I can't remember the last time my hair was this soft.
