First off all, everyone should cold plunge to reduce inflammation. After my work out I plunge to reduce muscle inflammation. Key to the plunge is to start off around 50 degrees and submerge all at once while controlling your breathing. Once you get a few 2-3 minutes I was able to go to 5 minutes easy. I would highly recommend this Ice Bath Tub for it’s easy to assemble, durable design, and very easy to drain and clean as needed. The cover keeps elements away from getting inside the tub. It's a good budget option for the quality of the tub. The water will need to be changed after a day or 2 since it gives off a plastic-y smell. Keeps it's decently cold but will get warm if it is left outside in warm weather. I got no leaks from it at all. Simple to assemble and use. Perfect size for me considering I'm 6'2. The construction of the tub itself seems durable and it does relatively good job at insulating. It performs well! Stays pretty cold between uses if you use it daily which helps get it to the right temperature for the next use. If used daily it only needs 15-30 lbs of ice to get it below 60 degrees ferinheit depending on the outdoor temperature. All around great price for what it is, and easy to setup. The is the best deal you can get for a nice size ice bath. It’s big enough to sit in comfortably and small enough to almost put wherever. Why spend more money on other ones when this one is amazing. We use this 3-5 times a week. Definitely worth every penny.

Tub is heavy duty vinyl. It has survived a very cold Michigan winter and hasn’t lost functionality. The size is comfortable and I’m 6’3”.
