Instructions are lacking. It's good we have You Tube. Especially on the balancer . I like to have spare parts that I think might be needed. So found that the Duckhead the thing that does all the work, after taking it apart and measuring, is 30mm which is about the most common size. I like the machine it does a great job. Arrived well packaged, no damage at all. Everything works well. As mentioned, instructions are awful. Dismounted/mounted a bunch of tires already, and balanced a set of tires with no problems. Overall, quality product for a really reasonable price. Many reviews on this unit complained about the guard on the tire shovel, but they must have redesigned it because the one on my unit matches the shape of wheels better than other reviews i've seen. ... show more

good quality machines, love the bead blaster, easy set-up instructions are terrible, but I'm mechanically inclined, balancer set-up very easy, again instructions are terrible, now shipping, I was told a certain day for delivery, had a forklift standing by for 3 days, NO show, and then contacted seller and they said it was delivered, then told me a later date, again had a forklift standing by all day, NO SHOW AGAIN, costing me money at this point I contact the shipper, and they tell me another day, NO SHOW, 2 days later as it sits 5 hours away from me! The tracking was terrible and a lie, no change in tracking until i call after the 1st delivery date came and went. Time is money, and these bigger companys take advantage of the little guys time!!! ... show more

First of all, the customer service is awesome! Extremely helpful and work with you, not against you. Both machines come packaged extremely well with no chance of damage. The quality is exactly as expected. They do what they’re designed to do. Assembly was a breeze. In my opinion you will need at least a 60 gallon air compressor which is what I have. Anything less and it will run constantly. It uses a lot of air. Smaller tires are extremely easy. Bigger tires like those on a 4x4 are harder. But that goes without saying for any tire machine. My ONLY issue was the fitting for the bead blaster and air pressure gauge. All it took was a message on Amazon to the seller and new ones were sent immediately. I have changed 20 sets of tires so far and look forward to my next set. If you have the room, (which amazingly doesn’t require that much space), and love doing these kind of jobs, by all means, do it! It is a blast! ... show more

I’ve got expensive chrome wheels with reverse lips and low pro stretched tires. Tire guys nightmare I understand so I started doing them myself manually with a modified HF changer and it was brutal. I bit the bullet and bought this machine after doing quite a bit of research on these units. At first I was going to save some cash and get the single arm unit but I’m so glad I paid extra for the helper arms because I couldn’t do it without them. Everything works as it should. I haven’t tried the bead blaster yet because I surprisingly don’t need it. The debeader works flawlessly. I only slipped once with the clamps and that was because I didn’t have the bead pushed down on the opposite side of the duck so it was trying to stretch around everything. That was my fault. The one thing I’m struggling with is keeping the bead blaster air tight. The threads on the back of the tank and the 1inch nut connecting the blaster leaks regardless. I’ve covered the entire thing in teflon, used the correct amount, over tightened, under tightened, pipe dope, instant gasket and nothing works to seal it. It’s not leaking so much I can use the unit efficiently but just enough to make me whine. Now the balancer is a little confusing but if you follow the user manual one part at a time, it’s not too bad. It needs to be calibrated with a steelie. I tried calibrating with my regular wheel and it just shut the unit off after the second phase every time. Grabbed my steel spare and it calibrated instantly. I recommend getting the pair of units because static balancers just don’t work for wheels these days being so wide. These wheels balance like butter and it helped me see that I have a bent barrel just enough to hop down the road. Good excuse to get a new set soon. Also I want to emphasize the seller reaching out regarding shipping and getting everything taken care of. They called and I couldn’t answer because I was working but they were able to pivot to a chat and help me get the lift gate added on for free. It was shipped with fedex and the guy brought it all the way into my garage for me. The crates were stacked though with the 300lb balancer on top. Luckily I had the packaging from my couch that I used as a cushion to knock it over and from there I was able to unpack and walk it over to its corner. The changer was a little tougher but not much worse than getting a car an inch off the ground onto jackstands. Little at a time and a lot of back n forth. I bought HF casters and put under it as I slid it off the pallet. I’m glad I did because I couldn’t have walked it over by myself. I was able to get the top and both arms installed by myself too and I’m just a lil guy. I’m not hurt either so just be patient and deliberate in how you move and assemble it and you’ll be fine by yourself. I’m stoked I’ve got this machine. I really want to shred tires every weekend now just so I can use it. ... show more

The tire machine is weird but once you figure out how to use it you'll wish that the tire balancer worked better or at least more consistently. Still better than changing tires by hand with irons And it is pretty efficient with air consumption I was surprised and the bead seater/blaster is like a high pressure fire nozzle of air You're really got to hold on to that thing it works great. ... show more

Packaged well. Machine had been tested before leaving the factory. Mounted heavy "G" load rated trailer tires with no problem. Did have to make a spacer for the Balancer to be able to spin the large trailer wheel and tire.
