This is a lovely fixture and installation is fairly easy, yet instructions are lacking. My husband and son installed today over dining room table and I used 60 watt Edison bulbs, so it is very bright! It has a great farmhouse style and goes great with French country decor also. I used all extensions for maximum drop from 12 foot ceiling and the length of fixture is perfect for a rectangular table. The item arrived in perfect condition and is a great quality for the price.
