I purchased my Dyson with a lot of tools included. Problem is where to store everything. The Dyson is wall mountable but not always so accessible. The house is small and storage is a premium. So friend told me that Dyson has a floor dock but it is expensive and will not hold the tools. So I found this little gem. This is simple to put together took me about 30 minutes. It has everything thing you need to complete the stand including tools. It holds all of the tools included with my Dyson. It is sturdy not wobbly I can lift my vac with confidence. I waited a little over a year to write this review. I wanted to give the product time to see how it held up. I am very pleased with this machine. We have carpet, tile and rugs throughout the house- approx. 2500 sq.ft. This vacum handles it all with smooth transition from one surface to the next. I am 65 years old and have arthritis and I have no trouble using this Dyson. I bought all the attachments along with the charging stand. I am very pleased with it all. I could not find a place on the wall I wanted to use to install a charger, so I purchased the stand. The charging stand is easy to put together and worth the time and the cost. It makes it easy to reach everything and it is always ready. This vacum does the job. The first time I used it I was amazed at the dirt it pulled out of the carpet. I had to empty the container after each room. I don't have to empty it as often now. It handles well and the swivel head makes it easy to get under furniture, into corners and around table legs. the attachments are sturdy and fit well with a click. The flexible hose it perfect for cleaning the car. The battery lasts , it is easy to clean, and when it clogs, it is easy to clear. Overall, I highly recommend this product.     • Extra Screws included!!!

Pros: - A fantastic place to hang all of the accessories for my Dyson v11. - Stand still incredibly sturdy, even with only one side of the connector being screwed in for the top and bottom poles (end user issue - nothing the manufacturer could have foreseen/done to prevent this) - The smaller parts are in individual baggies *and* the baggies labeled! The big pieces are not, but it's honestly not too hard to tell which part is the base (the only thing flat with two screw holes), the bottom pole (open on both ends) and the top pole (open on one end). Which brings me to my next part: - Extra screws are included! If you, like me, tend to drop screws a lot in the middle of assembling things, worry not! There's extra. Just use one of the extra screws and worry about pick up later. Be sure to save the screw bags for the extra screws! The bags themselves are labelled with what the screw type is! - There's a cloth bag included. Manufacturer claims this is for when you don't need your charging cable. Nah, fam, this bag is to hold the extra screws :) - Top pole has two screw holes on each side for mounting the bracket - You *can* easily select which side you want your accessories on with a bit of fore planning. For myself, I am planning on getting a second dock to try to put on the back, since my Dyson v11 came with two batteries. When a battery is fully charged, I can leave it there to chill out. If it doesn't work out - that's fine, that's not what the stand marketed itself as. - Instructions are easy to read - following can be a bit of a dexterity challenge, but that's pretty much standard as far as assembling items goes. Cons: - No good way to store the main vacuum attachment (the large one that allows the Dyson v11 to be used as a full on vacuum). Literally this is the only thing that could make this stand better: a way to hook that piece onto the main frame (perhaps something that can be screwed into either side of the top plate on the "front/back" side of the top plate?). I don't always utilize this attachment, so it would be lovely to have it chilling on the stand while I'm off vacuuming with another attachment type. As it is, I just use the piece that will allow me to attach an accessory to the main vacuum attachment to hang up the vacuum attachment. It works, but would still be nice to be able to slide that attachment onto the base. ... show more

    • Sturdy Storage Docking Holder

This docking holder is made of good quality materials. The base is wide and heavy. The instructions are very precise providing both written and picture instructions. I am pleased over all with the product. My only complaint is that the holes in the bracket that hold the upper portion of the pole together with the bottom did not line up precisely. I had no problem screwing the brackets into the bottom pole, but when I placed the upper pole over the brackets to attach it, the holes did not precisely line up. I turned the brackets out and around to see if the holes lined up any better, but did not. I had to force those screws in at an angle, which caused the upper portion to be a little out of line with the bottom. It is not perfect, but it worked. All the other components fit very nicely. I have the docking station with the vacuum in a closet so no one sees it anyway. ... show more

    • Works Great as a stand for my Dyson V10 Animal cordless vacuum

This is a very good stand. The price is right. Putting it together was somewhat easy. I did experience as previous reviewers stated that some of the holes didn't line up all the way which caused me to loosen up the pieces and then retry to screw them together. I little annoying but very doable. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes if that. It's very sturdy, completely compatible with my vacuum and stores easily out of the way. The manufacturer even included circular non-scratch pads to apply the underneath of the bottom of the base so it doesn't scratch my wood floors. Nice touch.... As for the included hardware, they included extra screws in case they got lost. They are small and if dropped could be hard to find. Turns out I didn't need the extra ones. The Allen wrench is a tight fit for those it worked with. The Phillips head screw driver is a nice one and went into my tool drawer for other uses. I'd recommend this to my family members who might use it. ... show more
