This inexpensive product works. There are several videos on-line with directions but it is actually so easy to use you don't need them. I cannot pull out my dryer but it sucked every bit of lint out of my lint filter that I could not reach. Works amazing! My vent is on the top of my dryer. You just hook it up to the hose on your vacuum cleaner and stick the hose in the vent and turn on your vacuum. Great suction and pulled so much lint out. Probably saved me a lot of money not having to have someone come out. For reference I added picture of type of vacuum hose and my dryer vent type. I have a kenmore vacuum but as long as you have a standard hose that comes with your vacuum, you should be fine ... show more

This thing works decently ok, it's quite flimsy honestly, but it does connect very easily to my vacuum cleaner, the biggest gripe I have is that it plugs up very easily if you you come across a big chunk of debris, besides using it to clean the dryer, I have also used it as an extension for my vacuum cleaner to clean tight spaces, it actually works GREAT for that purpose! Just be mindful that the tube is quite narrow and gets plugged very easily, other than that good product. ... show more

I love this hose attachment. It got down in the vent and pulled out all the lint that I couldn’t get to with a brush. I recommended this tool to my neighbor and her mother. They were very pleased with results.

    • It works but noise is so loud/high I would suggest wearing ear protection

Pro: Does it work? Yes. You have to take it out and put it in the other direction to get all of the angles but it does work. And it works well. Con: The noise. I have 7 kids and loud noises don’t bother me cause that’s literally my entire life. But it was so loud pitch and like a squeal it made it so I physically couldn’t hear for a bit and my ears are currently ringing. I’ve never had this happen before and I frankly sat on my laundry room floor panicking because I couldn’t hear anything at all for about 2 mins. Now they’re just ringing. I panicked because it’s never happened before. Wear ear protection. You’ll thank me later when you can’t hear well and start panicking like me. Never thought I’d say wear ear protection for a vacuum accessory but here we are. Odd but there’s a solution I guess. ... show more

So far so good! We have noticed an intake of dryer lint getting into our system and getting caught on the heating element. We just had a new element put in less than a year ago and then had to get a new one. Thankfully bought this product along with the new dryer element off amazon and got it same day! So it was perfect to get everything cleaned out while we were replacing the element. Plus, being able to use this to get down further to clear out any extra's is a MUST for the future so we don't have to replace the element yet again..... Easy to use, great price! The length seems to be pretty great as well with it being able to attach to any vacuum hose :) ... show more
