I have never encountered such a terrible device. If I try to make a call, the phone app crashes. The phone can not perform its primary function. It is very slow and laggy, taking long periods of time to do even the most basic of tasks. Save your money and buy a budget phone for around 300 dollars.

This is an awful device; it doesn't work at all. Unfortunately, I can't return it because I throw out the box. I’m so disappointed I have to buy another one. Please stay clear of this one. It's the worse phone ever made.

This is a cheap phone or a decent tablet. For the price it is perfect put a sd card in it for some extra memory and it works perfectly. It's slow but that is fine by me. Im using it for a tablet to read ebooks.
