The media could not be loaded. This is my first projector and we love it. The portability alone makes it a must. I use it in the kitchen when cooking and then back up to the movie room with it. I haven't bought a screen yet but it is still impressive. Super easy to set up if you have android not sure about apple. The speaker on it will not compare to any sound bar or surround sound. That being said I have no problems hearing it at all. It's too easy to pair to a Bluetooth speaker, or head phones if the kiddos are sleeping. I am eager to use it outdoors once it cools off a bit. The picture quality is the best in a dark room. It's hard to beat at this price point. The operating system is really nice to use rivals chromecast and others. As other reviews indicate, this is a remarkable little projector. It is usable during the day in a fairly well lit environment. When dark, it shines. I was concerned about it not being high definition but it seems very clear to us. The auto-focus and auto-keystone are quite magical at this price point. And this thing is small. Not quite nano, but close. Totally quiet. I set it up with a Bluetooth sending unit in the headphone output jack for audio, but to be honest we hardly bother as the sound is adequately loud and quite clear. After receiving the projector, I couldn't wait to start using it in my bedroom and regretted not purchasing it earlier. Now, the projector has become the motivation for my family and me to lie in bed early every evening, enjoying movies and videos together. There are a few aspects of this projector that I can't stop praising. First of all, when I opened the packaging, I found that it was even smaller than I had imagined, making it extremely portable. I placed it on my bedside table, and it doesn't take up any space. Now that summer has arrived, I'm planning to take the projector with me for camping next month. The second thing is that the projector automatically adjusts the aspect ratio of the image. I've been using my white wall as a projection screen, and it offers better cost performance compared to installing a TV. The colors projected are pleasing to the eyes, and even in a darkened room, the brightness is sufficient. The third highlight is that the projector produces minimal noise when turned on. The built-in player works well, and the volume is clear enough that I don't dare to turn it up too loud at night when watching movies in the bedroom. Issue to set up with a IPhone using google app would not recognize device. Spent hours trying to connect and on the phone with the Xgimi tech support who unfortunately couldn’t understand me. The number provided for USA purchased answered by ESL which went no where very slowly and agonizingly. i finally had my family member bring over an Android phone to set up and was able to connect fine. This is not compatible with IOS with Google app FYI. Works smoothly, easy to operate remote very intuitive. Picture quality is great and I love the automatic focusing. Speakers are weak you will need an additional speake/ or speakers to provide a room filling sound. I was very impressed with the quality so far but just had a bumpy start. **April 2024 update While I initially faced some challenges with streaming high-quality content from Netflix, the great support from the Helpdesk turned things around. They were highly skilled and responsive, patiently addressing my concerns and providing effective solutions. After discussing my issues in detail with the Helpdesk, I decided to upgrade to the MoGo Pro, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The upgraded model has enhanced my viewing experience significantly, offering superb image clarity and smoother streaming. --------------- I bought this projector after reading the strong recommendation from WireCutter The projector is sleek, easy to setup and is really well made. The supplemental stand is a good investment and allows you to angle the projector to whatever position you need The device is great at self focusing and adjusting to whatever surface you’re projecting on. My major complaint is Netflix. They have several “workarounds” but none of them have allowed me to stream high quality Netflix. I’ve contacted the Helpdesk and tried 3 different ways they’ve suggested to install or stream Netflix. It’s still pixilated and very low quality If you’re looking for a good projector and primary stream non Netflix media this is a good option but off you’re a heavy Netflix user you’ll be disappointed ... show more
