I'm actually being generous in my rating because, it's not perfect, but does the job. The pack itself is decent, I've had it for 2 years and it's still going strong. You will have to purchase a mounting plate for the inside to make sure it's sturdy enough. My only gripe is the tail lamp. It worked fine at first, but recently the right side quit. Instead of buying a new one, I disassembled it to try and repair it. I found the reason for the failure was a part fell off the light strip PCB. There are surface mount resistors in each light circuit, and one had fallen off the board. It actually melted the solder and fell off. It was designed to have 2 resistors side by side to handle the current, but was switched for 1 resistor which does not handle the current properly. It will once I get done with it, being an electronic tech, I can fix it properly like I have done my whole life with improperly designed consumer products.. A properly designed tail light would not have this issue. Such is the way of the world these days...... ... show more

Tour pack is really nice! Sturdy, great hardware, quality paint and lights. Those are good things.. bad things: Missing the backrest - on backorder Light came apart - had to snap it together still doesn't seat fully. Liner fits, but barley. NO wiring diagram for lights! I am ok with assembly videos, but no lighting wiring diagram.. big miss there. Bought a small pad temporarily, wife says it's fine for now, but bought the big backrest because I want her to be comfortable! Overall good quality, but this is an absolute DIY setup; do not go into this thinking this is simple attach and ride! If you know your way around tools and electrical you should do fine. Minus star for missing parts and no wire diagram. ... show more

The seller was great to work with and the product itself, even though cheap, is a decent product. Light bar needed replaced and the seller did so without question. This item has NO pre drilled holes. The marked holes do NOT line up with the rack or backrest. Would buy again however now that I’m a veteran on the install. ... show more

All the items as shown were shipped. I had to ask why the Stop/Tail/Turn assembly was not shipped, but they came thru.. Products appear to be identical to the King Tour Pack on my friends 2018 Ulta. The description could use some work.. While they indicate it will fit a FLHR Road King they don't share the the huge speaker holes are open to weather and no hardware to plug those huge holes. I also had to ask for pictures/diagrams/instructions regarding the wiring. While you have to drill the holes for the backrest and luggage rack, don't rely on the molded hole indicators inside the tour pack. Use some blue masking tape, align,mark and drill. I would also advise you either purchase the inside mounting plate, or make your own to reinforce the mounting. To there credit, all of my issues and inquiries were answered within a 24/48 hr period. As always, you get what you pay for. Certainly beats Harley's comparable purchase of 1400.00 bucks ... show more

I've been using this pack for 5 months now. It's been holding up good and the quality is good especially for the price. The only thing I don't like is that it comes predrilled with holes for every option, so if you don't run the speakers you have 2 2" holes that you have to cover.

The tour pack itself if fine except for 2 things. The light assembly needs to be mounted to the tour pack and it was a real bear to make it fit. It's just a little off. I was able to get it to work though. The bigger issue for me is that it comes with speaker holes. The images shown when ordering had no speaker holes. The problem for me is that it sat in the box for over a month before I had the time to mess with it and now I can't return it. If it weren't for the speaker holes, I would be happy with this item. ... show more
