This product works like a charm. It really sticks even with my travertine uneven surface tile. It really has strong adhesive so you have to be careful how you work with it. My rugs were already down. I decided even after getting a non-skid mat, they still shifted. Cutting the tape is tricky. I did not order the cutter which I wished I had. Trying to cut with scissors was a challenge. I adhered the edges of my non-skid mats to the floor, then adhered the rugs to the non-skid mats. I gave it 3 stars for not being easy to remove. I made a mistake on the round rug and tried to pull the tape up from the hard floor surface. Very difficult because the adhesive really bonds. Not so difficult if removing from a fabric surface. This is working well for what I purchased it for. I had a brief learning curve trying to cut strips with scissors. The tape stuck to the blades and bunched up. I switched to another pair with the same results. Finally I applied the tape to the surface and gently used a utility knife to cut the tape and it worked! ... show more

4 stars because application involves cutting into pieces with scissors which was extremely difficult. The tape would attach itself to the scissors causing the tape to stick to itself. Maybe a dispenser (as in scotch tape) would solve the cutting problem? Once this is solved, you have to figure out how you can remove the tape from your fingers. ... show more

This works so great, my dogs usually slide my rug all over the place. I wish I bought this years ago. Took 5 mins, would have been helpful to have another set of hands when placing it, but very doable alone.

Used in high traffic area, kitchen rugs. Other products I’ve tried have started listening and shifting rugs within a week. So far, one week in and those rugs aren’t moving. Happy so far with this product.

This tape is easy to use. We had to remove it to re-stretch the area rug and it appeared to leave no residue and was fairly easy to remove. This is the 2nd roll we've purchased and I would recommend it.
