This lubricant can be used to reduce the discomfort of friction during intercourse. It provides enough lubrication that things slide well. It is a bit thin and does not all stay where you put it, but it provides a decent barrier from friction. This water-based lubricant does not leave you feeling sticky or messy. It can be used to put on items for insertion or you can insert the lubricant for necessary moisture.     • Is it just....
Is it just for toys? My "go to" brand for years; actually two; have been the silicone variety made by a company with the word "Navy" in their brand name. But silicone stains my new bamboo sheets; hate that! This is said not to stain (haven't tested that yet, but if it does, I'll update this review). The other, a water based, a little more dicey; it's actually a powder that you mix with water, made for use with livestock (birthing, exams, etc); sold here also, but is not FDA approved for human use; some people also use it to make really big bubbles that you blow into the air; that's all I'm sayin' about that one, other than, it is famous with the "A" crowd. So...is it just for toys? No. This is nice stuff; nice feeling, using just a small amount. Applied externally and exposed to air, like other water based products, you may find things drying out; the lubricating action is easily refreshed with just a splash of water. This is hard to scale on a 10 scale in terms of thickness. It's not thick or gloppy and it's not thin or runny, I dunno; maybe 5, or 5.5 on a scale of 10 in thickness. That to say, while you can certainly be generous in the quantity you use, you really will do well using just a skosh; I think this will last most people a long time. It feels nice on the skin, but as I said, will go dry externally if not either refreshed or accommodated internally. Other than really nice, and nice slip, there is no sensation on the skin (like "minty" or warming or tingle-ee".) I detect no scent in this. When I do a cardio/strength training workout, I wear a chest strap heart rate monitor. It will not consistently read well unless something is applied to the strap; yep. I used this. I typically have used the powdered stuff and wanted to see how this would do compared to it. It worked great for that (but I won't be wasting it on that in the future); just wanted to see what would happen; the HRM never lost contact and gave a consistent read thru my entire 70 minute mixed workout. I didn't use the pump top on this bottle and likely won't, but appreciate the choice of the snap cap and the pump top; you can always use them on something, if not this. A little detail...the exterior "privacy" wrap. It's white on the outside, completely opaque and black on the underside. It en robes the bottle from cap to bottom edge; the little detail...love this...there is a double perforation strip that runs top to bottom to help you easily get to the product. I found it easiest to pull that from the bottom to open. Really nice product; glad I ordered. I've given a 4 star rating based on initial impressions and *perceived* quality, not on long term use.     • WOW the whole battle was wrapped tightly in protective white plastic
The whole bottle was wrapped in a tamper proof protective solid white plastic. I assume to prevent leakage if damaged in transit to us. Great idea. What was received LOOKED like solid white bottle with no exterior or brand labels anywhere but a small UPS code sticker. After you un-MUMMIFIED the white tamper proof wrapping you get what you see as pictured :-) Came with a nice pump in a separate clear mylar bag. 12 oz worth. Everything was bagged inside a clear bubble wrap too. After all that you need to unscrew the cap and remove another tamper proof silver foil top!! BRAVO on the 2 tier security measures.     • Exactly what you want
This is exactly what you want out of a water based. It's thick, but not overwhelmingly so, and it cleans up super easy. What I really like is extra thought put into the bottle itself. You can use the standard, snap-close lid, but it also comes with an optional pump-style dispenser, (which I switched to). As far as how long it lasts, I'd say it's on the upper end of different personal lubricant I've tried. Very happily surprised by that. ... show more

Discretely packaged if you need that. Comes with a pump lid which is great to use when your hands are slippery so you don’t have to pick up the bottle, just pump. The lube is very slippery and good consistency. Like all water based lubes, it does dry out but this worked well both for toys and two person play. It works well. It does what a lubricant does. There is no scent if that's what you're looking for. One down side I would say is that this doesn't last as long as other lubricants I've used. I'm not sure if that's because this is water-based and the others aren't, or something else. So if you want less friction for longer, you'd have to continuously apply. ... show more
