This product (duvet set black ombré) came today and I am THRILLED. It is everything I wanted. I may never leave my bed again (kidding). Pictured I have a California King bed and duvet with six king size shams (four are covered in black sheet cases from a separate sheet set and two shams from this set). The king size duvet set works well. Some complaints I read prior to ordering sounded like they expected the duvet fill and the cover as they were concerned with how thin it was. To be clear I already had my extremely puffy duvet, it was really easy to tie in on all corners and zipped securely. I am pleasantly surprised because it seems really breathable compared to my old cotton duvet cover. I love soft and puffy and my boyfriend is a space heater so hopefully this will be a great compromise for us. The sham covers fit my king size shams perfectly and I love that everything zips closed to stay in place. I have read in other reviews to wash on cold with all covers turned inside out. I also have a body pillow and cover as well as a throw blanket from this store on the way. I am very excited for those to arrive as well. ... show more

I was hesitant to purchase but so glad I did!! It’s absolutely scrumptious, warm, fluffy, and cozy. I have zero issue with it shedding and wash inside out. I pair with a feather cover and it serves not only for crazy warmth but also like a weighted blanket and it’s AMAZING!! Heavy but an oasis. You could use without insert but I’ll try without it, during the warmer months, perhaps. I was able to tie my feather cover (came with feature to tie to loops inside duvet corners) inside which was a great feature, keeping it from moving around and bunching. The “fur” look was longer than expected so took a second to get into but now dig it and look forward to snuggling it every night. Would recommend!! ... show more

I see a lot of reviewers being upset that this is thin, its supposed to be its a duvet cover so you're supossed to put one inside to get the fullness! The only deceiving thing about this product is that the puckering lines you see in the photos are not sewn in. Which wasn't a big issue for me. Overall i love this product it is very fluffy and comfortable. If you wash it turn it inside out and wash on cold or some matting could occur if you don't take care of it. ... show more

This is amazingly soft! Not too thin to use as is. Not necessarily thick as in too hot but thick and plush. The camel color is as pictured. Bought as a gift for Christmas and it's very nice. This is the first duvet cover I have ever gotten so it took me a minute to get it on right but once I did I love it! I got a king size for my queen bed so it would hang over more and I love how It turned out. I washed it inside out and dried it on low heat before putting on the bed and it was not affected at all. No shedding like some other people shared. The top is super soft! But the bottom! The bottom is so dang soft. I hope it lasts if taken care of well. It seems like it will. You never know how these types of purchases will work out sight unseen. I was pleasantly surprised on this one! My only thing was I thought it was going to be a slightly darker red, it turned out to be more of a true red. That said, once I felt it I was making it work and not sending it back. No shedding, no issues for me at all with this. The furry side is so soft and the inside backing is like a velvety soft material as well. Zippered section for inserting your comforter is nicely covered. I feel like you could use this as a blanket on its own instead of as a duvet if you wanted something a little lighter. All in all so far so good and recommend. Haven’t washed it yet so can’t comment on how that’s going to go, but hopeful it will be fine. ... show more
